Plan B.
Location is pretty good as it is near the beach (about 5mins walk) Along the beach, they have drinks and food stalls and it is a good place for sunsets.
Pro :
1. Arrival was good. The security was there to assist with bags the moment our car arrived. But only to the lobby.
2. Check in and out were easy. Receptionist was nice and pleasant.
3. Smoking room available.
4. On site small restaurant and room service available. Price isn't too bad but we didn't try so, can't comment on the quality.
5. Room & toilets are clean.
6. Amenities — water kettle, hot water shower, towels, body soap (no shampoo), toothbrush set, shower cap, toilet paper.
Cons :
1. No lift. Hotel has 3 floors so 3rd floor has 2 flight of stairs.
2. So wierd that they provided water kettle but no coffee or tea sachets.
3. We stayed in 2 hotels prior to this and the deposit was Rp100k but here they take 150k.
4. This is the one small thing that made me really angry. We asked for 1 extra pillow and it was Ramadhan on a weekday, we didn't see or hear any other guest in the whole hotel and THEY CAN'T PROVIDE AN EXTRA PILLOW! I would understand if the hotel is running on full but on empty, and for only 1 night? Ridiculous.
Will I ever stay here again? No coz Housekeeping was just lazy af. On top of that, we put in our request AFTER iftar. Good grief.
Never again.

Plan B Hotel is a fantastic option, offering immaculate rooms, friendly receptionists and security personnel, and a prime location in the center of Padang. Highly recommended.
