This hotel is a fraud… I already paid from the Agoda app but when I got to the place I was told to pay more… this hotel just closes it's all fraudsters… the boss and his subordinates behave the same… I don't want to return the money I paid in full🤬🤬
➜ I booked it well in advance, I already have proof of payment which has been confirmed.
When he arrived on the day he said he was not accepted via the Agoda application.
Waste of my time.

I chose this hotel because it was under the category of "reception 24/24" since I was arriving in Medan late at night. Arrived there at 4am noone was there and there was no way to contact the place, I had to go to another hotel. I had booked for 2 nights so I did go there the following day to sleep in for the 2nd night, the reception told me they couldn't check me in cause my booking was from the day before even if I had already paid for it.
