We stayed here for a Christmas getaway to escape the busy city life of Pekanbaru. Thankfully, the new toll road saved us almost two hours of travel time to Bukittinggi.

Nice hotel with excellent customer service experienced. The staff are warmth, friendly and helpful.

But the food wasn't the best in the morning, and the bathroom gets soaked when you shower, which is super annoying.

3 star hotel. Have breakfast and parking. Friendly and polite staff. Help guest and give suggestions for tourist spots. Room is perfect except the bathrooms is a bit slippery.

I would recommend to stay on the third floor for its terrace and the shared kitchen as it is noteworthy while staying more than one night, also there are plenty of coffee and tea for free!

A vintage hotel, old building but still well-maintained. Staffs are friendly. The ambience is so calm. Strategic location to stay because you can find many food stalls and hospital nearby.

Stay here for 2 nights. Hotel located just about 1 km from the city centre, easy to find food. The owner and staff are very nice, room and towels are clean, spacious room as well.
