Our booking was made through Traveloka for 2 rooms, but the staff told us that they was overbooked & gave us an option to stay at other hotel near to the guesthouse, the replacement hotel was very good, new hotel, clean & comfotable stay, came with buffet breakfast at the rooftop, and came with no additional cost.
On the 2nd day, we moved to Bamboosa but was upgraded to villa with 2 rooms. Its a blessing in disguise for us. The villa can accomodates up to 6 people, big living room, have smartTV & free Wi-Fi, cooking is allowed with stove & basic cooking utensil. There is water dispenser with hot & cold water.
Prepacked breakfast was nasi goreng.

A nice and clean semi-d villa with a queen bedroom and one attic with a single bed and queen bed. Clean toilet looks like five-star hotel, complete with filtered drinking water, kitchen utensil and stove, TV and sofa.

Stayed here for one night during my trip to Bukittinggi and honestly, it was such a peaceful experience. The place has that kampung vibe with lush green paddy fields — sangat tenang dan calming.
Location pun strategic, nak ke Jam Gadang pun dekat je. The male receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.
Breakfast was served in a traditional mangkuk tingkat, which I found really unique. The nasi goreng Bukittinggi was delicious!
The room was decent and comfortable enough for a short stay of one or two nights. The highlight for me was definitely the paddy field view — memang cantik.
InshaAllah, kalau ada rezeki, I would love to come back again. Kudos to the management team!
