Well. We check in late around 5 pm and yet the room wasnt ready. It is kind of a dissapoitment to us. However when we arrive at the villa, to our surprise, it was beyond our expectation. The place is extremely cozy, large living area, bedroom w 1000tc linens and luxurious bathing/toilet. Worth every cents we pay. House keeping has been v detailed in ensuring the cleanliness of the room. Eg. Even small details such as the wooden blinds are free of dust. Well done guys. Management provide complimentary drinks, breads and fruits in the afternoon while kids are playing in the pool in which I think is a very thoughtful things to do. Last but not least, management also provide sumptious cake for the birthday girl free of charge. 2 thumbs up. This is kind of services we expect from a 5 star management.

I got awful food poisoning from the terrible Italian restaurant on site. The food was of the lowest quality and they served their pizza on frozen bases. Don't be fooled by the afternoon tea. It is breakfast leftovers and extremely unsanitary. The breakfast rice is squished into patties and fried — these are then eaten for days. Though the villas look beautiful, and the pool is lovely, everything else was awful. We asked for plates of rotting fruit which were left in the room for us to be removed for 3 days and when we checked out it was still there. The way the food poisoning was handled was pretty shocking, with the manager admitting that it does happen sometimes and still charging us for the putrid meal. Avoid.

Very nice hotel to rest at the end of stay in Bali Lombok! I recommend.

Perfect place for holiday to escape from hectic world if you looking a private and quiet place with a long circular pool and near the beach.

This is the best accommodation with excellent views and surrounding. People are awesome food and amenities is good. You won't regret it!

We loved everything about this hotel. Impeccable service and amenities. The Pool Villa Club is a private extension of the Kila Senggigi Beach hotel. The grounds are expansive. Villas are very spacious. PVC has their own lobby, breakfast and pool areas as well dedicated staff. The staff really put attention on details. For example, there was someone cleaning the stones along the pool every day and spraying for mosquitoes, even during the off season and the villas aren't fully occupied. You're treated like royalty. A special thanks to Ayu, Dewa, Dayu, Andi, Julesman and everyone at the Pool Villa Club front desk for being accommodating and making our stay that much nicer.

Cozy place, nice view, friendly service & hospitality officer.

Great location, next to a beach although not as clean as it can be. Charming resort with very spacious two floor duplex. Easy access to interconnecting pool with a huge foyer. Although the buffet breakfast is a little underwhelming. Across the street there are many bars, restaurants and convenient store to stock up.

This place is really awesome and a perfect gateway for your romantic vacation. It best suited for couples on honeymoon because its private and quite with personal pool and also beach. The price is a little bit expensive yet worth the experience.

It is amazing to be there. Private lagune in front of the bungalow. Insid the bungalow very nice. The people are very friendly. Good food and drinks. Come and enjoy us.

This place is an excellent one to get away and have some privacy. The surrounding is beautiful, the food is very delicious. In my opinion, they have the best steak I've tasted in Indonesia. The chef knows how to prepare an excellent meal for sure. The long lazy river kind of pool that starts in front of the villa gives a swimmer a good morning excercise. On the other hand the young ones in the family can swim in the long pool's own private part easily under supervision from for example your own outdoor jakuzzi. We loved the concept and the flexibility it brought to our holiday. There is a snorkling place nearby within a walking distance, part of Kila resort's beach. Gili islands are not far (there you might snorkle with turtles) and Senggigi harbour is also within walking distance — in case you want to take a fastboat to Bali. The staff was professional and helpful — while not forgetting to smile. "

The location is great, the staff is very helpful. However, there is virtually no beach. You can go to a nearby hotel Kila, but it's too crowded.

Nice villa, direct access to senggigi beach, nice sunset view from cafe, friendly staff, definitely will back again.

It was amazing. I love the pool which is there around the bungalows just amazing.

The villas are very nice, comfortable and big sized. In the middle of a great garden close to the beach front. Villas are cleaned twice a day. The location is close to the "center of Senggigi city", short way for restaurants and shoppings for daily use. On the west coast the best place to stay for holidays. It will not be the last vacation in here.

Suggest good for family vacation, good for snorkling full facility and peacefull.
