We stayed here for our honeymoon last summer and it was absolutely incredible. The resort and location are beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough to help — all super friendly and kind. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed the spa facilities and complimentary morning yoga. Truly a paradise!
Have been a guest at Jeeva Klui for over a decade. Returning yearly to this incredible resort. The location is quite beautiful. The bungalows are simple but come with wonderful views of the sea with Bali before you. Close enough to Sengiggi but far away enough to feel remote. The staff is the diamond of the property. Most have worked here for years and since my first visit. Trained well with high standards. They are the core of the property and why many of us guests are loyal. Without them, it becomes just another hotel. I also like that next door is a public park with locals coming to enjoy their island. All so kind and friendly. The food is good with the chef always trying to improve. Kind for him to come out and ask guests how their meals were going. Nearby are other restaurants and hotels to try and mix up your taste. Do understand hotels have to find ways to be creative and generate revenue. Hope this doesn't come at the expense of the staff who have to work much more and harder to satisfy the guest when some services are cut by managemnt. My only suggestion is to be aware of this.

My family has been very lucky to have stayed at quite a few other beautiful resorts in Southeast Asia, and we've all agreed this one is our favourite. The location is beautiful. Being able to look across the ocean to Bali and Mount Agung is very special. The sunsets and beach are so lovely and we loved swimming in the pool and looking out at the ocean. The resort helped us to arrange a private snorkelling trip to the Gili Islands and the price was very reasonable. The food in the restaurant is really nice and the treatments we had at the spa were fantastic. My kids are 16, 14 and 8 and they loved the resort as much as my husband and I did. The most impressive thing about the resort are the staff. The are absolutely fantastic! Most of them have been working at the resort for many years. We will definitely be back for another visit!
