Every staff in katamaran make effort to know their guest preferences and the ocean view room has the best spot to experience the sunset moment. I will come back again katamaran!

Good atmosphere with beautiful view and friendly staff. There are two big swimming pool front the beach that very relaxing and perfect for people who like swimming.
Never doubt the view from The Kliff because it's so amazing. You can see the sunset and Mount Agung, looks like they are side by side.
I can't talk about the beach because I haven't enought time to explore it. But I definitely will come back here again.

My hubby & I stayed here in April. Great size room looking out onto the beach & pool area. Staff were very helpful. The best pool, perfect size for lap swimming. The gym was very well equipped and what an amazing view while doing your workout. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at the Kliff restaurant. We saw a Turtle on the beach. 🏊🏻🌊🌴💃🐢

Amazing hotel and resort. 24hr room service 2 restaurants on site. 2 pool areas. Day spa. Amazing breakfast every day. Amazing rooms, best bed we have ever slept inn. Staff could not be faulted, friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back here soon.

Loved every moment of our 3 day stay there. Amazing environment all around the resort, very friendly staff, good breakfast with tables right next to the beach, large and modern rooms. Just perfect, would love to return someday. Food prices at their 2 restaurants are also reasonable, I only feel the drinks are a bit pricey.

Honestly my stay there was great and perfect. We got upgraded to tropical villa with swimming pool. The hotel is well located with 2 amazing swimming pool. The breakfast was rich and various. I'll definitely comeback there ❤️

Twice a week there is a BBQ at the restaurant, right by the beach, at night. I really enjoyed watching the waves come in, lit by lights facing outwards toward the ocean 15 meters away. Rib eye steak, prawns, satay lilit, squid, chicken and corn-on-the-cob were available. There are two large pools, one a great length for swimming, and the other for lounging. There is a bed hanging from a tree on the beach to enjoy the waves. The Katamaran is only two years old, so it has new look. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort manager came to greet us and asked how we liked the experience when we left.

One of the best resorts I have stayed… The pools are awesome. The view at sunset is one of the best… There are about 4 swimming pools you can choose to swim in, 2 on the noth side & 2 smaller one in the south side. The room is amazing. Love the huge bathroom and the ocean view room that we had. The room is spacey. However, we feel a bit insecure with the door, sometimes we felt that it's not locked enough that someone can actually break in so easily. The breakfast is also one of the highlights. The foods are quite good and you can enjoy it near the beach area with amazing beachfront view. I would recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Best stay on our holiday. The hotel is quiet new, the beach is amazing with direct access. You can even chill at the pool and still see the beach. The breakfast was unfortunately just ok but dinner was very nice. Definitely go for the beef ribs, they were high quality. The room was clean and we had a big bathroom with a nice shower.

All I can say is WOW! I absolutely fell in love with this resort. Not only is this Hotel and Location beautiful, but the staff… If I can give them a 10 Star Rating I would! Since the minute I arrived until the last seconds I departed… every single staff member was kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, modern and refreshing. Pool and dinning areas are spectacular. All of their Food tastes amazing, from breakfast down to room service. The beach is just a minute walk from your room. It is clean and clear. The water is beautiful, you can go snorkeling and see everything at your feet. This will be my regular vacation spot for years to come! Thank You Katamaran!

Exceed my expectation, best of the best! Just perfect, for honeymooners, family escape or with friends. In went there for honeymoon, they’re arrange the bed with lovely goose with flowers spread all over the bed & a plate complementary cake which was very delish The staffs were welcoming us nicely & friendly, they’re also fast response. The view was amazing, they had a kind of deck with ocean view, arrange with table & chairs neatly for us to have either breakfast/lunch/dinner or even just for a coffee break. The resort also has two amazing pools, one of them is infinity pool. If you just need a little privacy you can rent a villa with private pool. And it also has its own private beach, a clean one, so you can explore & plat at the beach. The food were good but a lil bit salty, & better you ask first about the portion because for me it was quite a lot for one person. I plan to comeback again with family.

Totally awesome place to stay in Lombok. The room I stayed is big, clean and well kept. Fantastic view of the pool and sea from the balcony. The bed and pillows are nice to sleep on. They have 2 pools and both are excellent for swimming or just relaxing. Breakfast is not too bad. They have 2 restaurants where you can have your meals and they also have a spa in the resort. This resort is very near to Senggigi "town", about 8 minutes by taxi.

Very quiet location right by the sea. Dreamlike scenery. Very nice staff and great service. Few guests, you have more than enough space by the pool. Rooms are very large. The food is excellent. Have an Italian chef.

Five stars for: Beachfront room — great layout, I can hear the waves from my bed, view of sunset from my bed, outdoor shower Service — feels like there are more staff than guests. Wherever I turn, someone is there waiting to serve me. Nothing to small or big — from pool towels to restaurant service. They are very attentive and friendly. Food — breakfast is amazing (posted pics of the buffet). We stayed for 6 days and didn't run out of choices. We had dinner onsite twice, trying all local dishes which were great. I love the grilled whole snapper. We also ordered sandwiches by the pool and they were all good.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Modern luxury resort but staffs are not in that level. Great ambience and view but staffs ruined our experience. More service training required.

Katamaran Resort is really good, we can enjoy private beach, hear 24 hours wave sound. We can Enjoy our breakfast with outstanding view. The room also really good, big, comfortable and it has veranda and we can sit watching beach from there. The best. I will give it 5 stara if the lift is not under maintenance. I stay there 2 night and I got room at 4th floor and It's really tiring go up and down every day…

A very good hotel. There's nothing to put out. I would definitely book again. The staff is very friendly everything is super clean. Some people have the beach alone. Ideal to be relocated.

Relaxing modern chill beach resort that is perfect for your private weekend getaway. I love the ambience and the hospitality the hotel provides. Food is of great quality and value so you don't really have to go out from the resort to find something to eat.

Great resort, even they are new. Very nice employess. Nice view from restaurant. They have 2 resto, katamaran and the cliff. Both of them were nice. You also can see mount agung sometimes from the beach.

Everything, from airport pickup till the moment we checked out was perfection… Only 'blip' would be having to ring up housekeeping several times before we could get our room cleaned. Other than that, it was truly a memorable experience.

Nothing to say. Service to the top, staff to the small care, impeccable rooms, excellent meals and breakfast. By far the best hotel in my life.

The Only Words that I can say is I LOVE THIS RESORT SO MUCH! Start from the staff, the rooms, the foods, the views, the service is amazing for me. They have 3 different swimming pool, sunbeds, and bar as well. I love my stay here.

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. You can snorkel right from the beach. Food is not great and a bit high price but nothing to complain about. The happy hour is a joke as it is 50% on cocktail, meaning 50% less alcohol.

Truly the best resort We have ever stayed in! We stayed here for 2 nights for my husbands birthday, the staff helped me to organize balloons in the room upon check in! The pool area is amazing and the room is also perfect, breakfast was delicious and so much choice, will definitely be coming back again soon! Thank you katamaran!

Highly recommended in Sengigi Area (Lombok) I love to stay in Katamaran Resort. Very good service, they are quick, good management! Always try to make their guest happy! BIG ROOMS! Great Atmosphere! Fantastic Spa Service, make sure you book first! Awesome Infinity Pool with glass wall around it! A must to take picture there! Need to improve is their variety of food. Because so many menus were sold out during our stay and especially when we stay for a long time.

This would have been a 5 star rating. If the resort management could address 3 main area : 1) front desk and housekeeping attentiveness to customer request 2) get more staff members to service the breakfast and dinner buffet 3) ensure basic necessity like water bottle are provided on a daily basis rather than guest calling in to request. Now i'm aware that the resort is still picking up but all this necessary service should be address in an immediate manner. Other than that, the resort itself provides a memorable experience with great beach front and spacious accommodation room.

Excellent resort. Great location, very neat and clean. Awesome swimming pool. Food is delicious. Room dining did not work — ordered twice and waited for 2 hours but it did not arrive.

The Katamaran resort has a beautiful view that is located near the Senggigi beach. As it is a new hotel, the staff were not used to in serving the guests. It turned out that we had to wait to get what we request like an extra bed that we had requested when we booked the room. The balcony was not well-cleaned. There was only less variety of food served for breakfast and the tea in the mini bar was not restocked the next day.

I love this place. We got room with sea view (and sunset view) balcony. There is two pool in this resort and both of them have a beach view. And the restaurant serve good food, with excellent service.

This New resort is so beautiful that is really worth seeing. The architecture, the natural setting the staff all almost perfect. The reception staff particularly Ms. Ulfa were extremely professional, pleasant and friendly. I have plan to visit Lombok again very soon the stay at the resort.

Be quiet. Sunset. Pool. Ocean. Snorkeling. You can go to Gili on catamaran for $75-100, on the way 1:00. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a tasty mojito in a bar.

This resort was quite the experience. The facilities were really charming, the staff was super friendly, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was amazing. The floor of the room was made of this very interesting stone which I greatly enjoyed walking on. I stayed with my partner facing the ocean and it was glorious to wake up with that view. There was also a rooftop restaurant called The Cliff, which was also excellent. My partner and I also took a day trip on a catamaran boat to the Gili Islands for some snorkeling which was great. We organized the trip through the merchants on the beach who are very friendly and happy to negotiate on price. The downsides, were that there's no hot tub and also the water took a while to get hot in the shower.

At least as beautiful as Promoted. Huge and nice breakfast, very Clean. Roomservice twice a day. Very friendly staff. Bit pricey though.

A new hotel development along the gorgeous stretch of Mangsit. 5 star service, well designed suites and spectacular ocean view.

Very luxurious, views and closeness to the ocean but huge clean pool to swim in! Friendly staff and awesome breakfasts, bed and pillows encouraged sleeping in!

Wow this place is awesome. Go to the cliff bistro from 5-7 pm for happy hour get 2 cocktails for only 100k.

We loved our stay here, we stayed for 2 nights and booked the suite as it was our honeymoon. We didn't want to leave, true 5 star luxury. The facilities are amazing. The bed was huge, we slept so well. The bathroom was lovely — an indoor and outdoor shower so clean and modern. The food was good, choice of local and international food. The whole place had a nice feel to it, pool was perfect, view from pool was even better. The best place for viewing the sunset over neighbouring Bali. The staff were all very friendly and informative of local area, very nice to talk to. Would highly recommend the spa too, beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Only issue we had was that we wanted to use the inflatable Unicorn pool toy in the morning and were told we couldn't unless we paid for it, it was 150K for the day I think so that was fine. But after lunch other people were using it which we didn't mind as we weren't using it but they weren't spoken to about it so it seemed an unfair that we had to pay for it.
