Might be nice but owners not very understanding. Booked here by mistake for February 2019… 8 months away. Emailed owners to explain this mistake to see if they would waive the cancellation fee… that's plenty of time for them to fill that one room. No reply, nothing. This is not good business sense but a money grab. They have decent reviews but it's unfortunate that they are not very understanding and would just take money for nothing.
Lovely people and a very comfortable room — a really good base for getting around Kuta Lombok.

Very happy to have found Tri Putri Homestay in Kuta. All together we will have stayed here 7 nights. Aya was sooooo helpful with everything and we communicated thorough Whats App. She organised airport pick up, motorbikes, very nice driver to take us to Mataram and waterfalls, gili T etc. You can also have your laundry done right here at Tri Putri and they don’t even mind opening their store for you to buy beers after midnight! We loved spending time by the pool which was amazing. Rooms were nice & clean with cold aircon, also the breakfast warung men are so lovely and the food is tasty. Defenitely would stay here again, the value for money is amazing! Thank you Aya and your lovely family, we will be back :)
