Best Hostel in the world! Tris & Eno are such lovely people (everybody that works there) the whole place is amazing. Can't wait to come back someday!

Pipes hostel by far exceeds expectations and is the most organised, creative and sought after hostel. I have travelled to many countries and this place was impressive. The staff was great and they made sure you were felt as a community and not just a holiday maker or traveller. Well done pipes hostel, you nailed it.

Could not recommend this place enough it was incredible. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was very chilled, the place was clean. Would definitely go back if ever in Lombok again!

My 12 day stay at Pipes was a dream. The facilities are incredible. Super clean and a cool surfer/skater vibe, beautiful pool and nice places to lounge around. If you are in Lombok to surf, Pipes is the place. Most of the guests here are surfers so you'll find plenty of surf buddies if that's what you are looking for. Across the street is Mama Lombok, a great little breakfast place that serves fresh fruit, pancakes and omelettes. The best thing about Pipes, however, is the staff. They are all super kind and friendly making you feel like part of a family while you are here. I want to give a special shout out to Tris, one of the receptionists at Pipes. She's super kind and friendly and always willing to help out. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. After a night out dancing, I lost my phone when it fell out of my pocket while I was driving back to the hostel. When I got back at 2am, I told Tris about it and she willingly and happily got on her scooter with me and searched once more along the road. Once we finally got back to the bar she asked all the locals if they had seen anything. No luck, but she kept on trying and called my phone many times and sent many texts in Bahasa. All in all, she was just super kind and helpful about this really stressful situation! This kind of care is what Pipes is about. Really nice vibes!

I stayed at Pipes Hostel for 3 nights, and there was all around good vibes and good people. The staff was really nice, caring and helpful and made the place feel like home. Tris helped med out with advice about the area and how to get to my next destination. It is super clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is loads of movies to watch and people to meet. Even though I dont surf or skate, I had a great time. Thanks pipes!

This was for me a calming and good experience. Not only there was a clear helpfull staff but there was also alot of supplies to make yourself coffee tea and many other things. The dorms were clean and good taken care of. Toilets and showers couldn't be better and we even have a skate pool workout place swimming pool and a nice lobby to hang out and to watch movies. So really the best!

The best hostel I've been in indonesia. Triss and all the staff have so much attention for every little detail. Gonna miss them all. Best service possible, amazing environment!

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed! Really chill vibe, very sociable place. Such a great time there I kept on extending my stay! The staff are amazing and bent over backwards to help out. Will the owner and his family are legends I will be back for sure!

5 stars straight through! the staff are absolutely wonderful and help you from the little ones to your biggest problem on the trip. A cool surf and skate atmosphere with everything from beginners to advanced surfers who would like to have a company on the waves of a nice mate. You can rent scooters at the hostlet and are really cheap and have good breakfast right outside the door and a new pool.

Pay $10 to sleep on a mattress on a terrace with a net full of hole no thank.
