Best fresh juice on Island.
Nice bungalows with sea view and hammock in the porch. Breakfast is served directly in front of the sea. The beach is good for snorkeling, but for sunbathing and swimming it's better to head north, as there are quite some dead corals in the sand.

Only bad experience I had on Gili Air — untrustworthy staff. I'm a budget traveler. When I get to a new place, I scope out the hotels, hostels and bungalows looking for the best place. I came across Abdi Fantastik, and thought it was exactly how it sounded, "Fantastic. " But, I was wrong. I spoke with two staff members, one young guy in a hat and who sometimes wears a blue apron, and they told me a price, given that I was alone. It was agreed I would go back a day or two later (was staying at a friend's place), and stay with them. When I went back, all of a sudden, the guy (hat and blue apron) said the price increased. I asked him if he remembered our conversation, he said yes, but that he can't do that price anymore. I was extremely frustrated, and disappointed, as all of my experienced on the island have been friendly and welcoming. I couldn't believe he lied straight to my face. When I told him that promising one thing and doing another is bad business practice, he tried going lower than the increase price he said, while still not giving me the price he promised. There are so many other nice bungalows to stay in, I'd avoid this place if only on the chance you may have a negative experience. I hate writing negative reviews, but this was well-deserved.
