I only stay overnight before traveling to other city.

Location is close to multiple markets. One for fruit and vegetables. Another for mostly clothing and jewelery. Then there's also and indoor market with mostly clothing and jewelery.

Best hotel in Balikpapan! Lovely staff, most of them can speak English. The room was always clean, bedsheets were changed almost every day. Nia is one of my favourite waitress, always cheerful.

There is a swimming pool (unfortunately I couldn't swim because of the children crowd😅), integrated with the coffee shop.

Rooms are nice but the road leading to the hotel is narrow and dark. Hotel is quite isolated with no shops nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No money changer in hotel or nearby.

I was overall satisfied with the stay. They managed and fixed some of my requests during the stay. However, I was really disappointed that a lady was in charge of the restaurant during breakfast.

I have a really nice stay in Midtown Samarinda for 7 days 6 nights! The room is clean and the pool is cute and somehow is quite pleasant.

We stayed one night here… The room was nice, quite big and also clean… They have small swimming pool. And also gym centre but it's not big enough,, but just OK.

Strategic place, room is clean, great view facing mahakam river, staff is quick response when we had breaking chair they quickly change it with good one. Tv is modern, Wi-Fi is moderately.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Mercure Pontianak City Center and would highly recommend it, especially for families and leisure travelers.

The room and service is great, but the downside is the breakfast. 7.30 to 8am is the busiest time yet they didn’t refill some stations so there weren’t many options to choose.
