Wonderful place and Culinary best of the best in Pontianak.

Nice room, delicious food, have gym.

Very good facilities. Good and varities food.

Good hotel. Clean rooms and bed sheets. Good food. On the other hand. Not so great view and if you need extra services. It could take time and multiple calls to have it done. Also the swimming pool is not so clean.

This hotel has good room, clean, and good view for some room at the corner of building; it also has affordable price. Its location in central pontianak very helpful if you want to go everywhere. But the breaksfast just so so. Wifi connection is bad too.

There are no real 5 or 4 star (Western Standards) hotels in Pontianak. The top ones that I stay at are The Mercure, Aston and the Golden Tulip. Another place called the Maestro (Best Western) seemed nice. Breakfast — Tie Mercure and Golden Tulip 3 — Aston. Aston was awful. Best room/Bed was 1-Aston (Executive), 2-Mercure, 3-Goldon Tulip. Best common areas. 1-Golden Tulip, 2-Mercure, 3-Aston. I didn't like the Aston common place even though large not much there. They did have a decent pool though. The Maestro could top some of these others but I only visited the breakfast area and pool. Small but appeared to be clean and close to these other hotels as far as standards. Golden Tulip had 3rd floor pool and open area dining/bar. 1st floor restaurant and outdoor patio area was the best of the 3 as well.

The hotel is located on Teuku Umar Road. Just in the middle of the city. I would say the hotel deserves a 4 star because the hotel is great. It has a really modern and aesthetic building. It offers you some great features in here. If you decided to stay here. You are surrounded by restaurants and other amazing foods around here. Although you're quite far from the local mall, you can have anything you need, a mini market, traditional market, restaurants, cafes and others.

Clean and cozy hotel. Easy to find traditional foods around this hotel. Very recommended for family holiday.

Complicated room location layout. Make sure you have a room with open window with a good scenery. However good food with Chinnese taste.

Went to a gathering in Golden Tulip, the place is very nice, clean, n spacious. The food also very delicious. So 5 star.

I was stay for 2 days. First day was OK although Wi-Fi connection so Poor. I should use my personal hotspot to work. 2nd day I upgrade my room, but still Wi-Fi connection is poor Over than 15 minutes for check out and front desk officer so unfriendly Definitely won't back to this hotel again.

Had 3 days workshop here with Oxfam. It was great. The staffs are friendly. Facility is good.

Updated rooms, decent swimming pool and restaurant. Easy to find a parking spot. Good location. Foods nearby. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is rather slow.

Great room but the food is embarasing.
it takes a longggg time to get it delivered to my room. The taste is poor. No extra towel for swimming.

Great place to stay, I spent my Lebaran moments for 4 nights in this hotel. Very comfortable, minimalist style room I guess, breakfast meal I like the most (spicy foods, ex : rendang, sambal), nice room view (directly to kapuas river, able to see fireworks when "malam takbiran"), also there are books to borrow from its own small library, quite big pool but it's okay if not crwoded, many electrical sockets, good quality towel Some quite bad experience I have are parking area is too narrow especially for big size vehicle, too small space for clothes n baggage storage. Please make it considerable.

Went there for a dinner with colleagues. We took reservation on Copacabana Restaurant. It's located on 4th floor noted with C letter on the elevator dial. The restaurant is designed as a pool bar, which is of course next to swimming pool. It has a decent night view of Pontianak city. The wind was quite fussy back there, enough to blew away some paper towels. Foods are OKAY, staffs were super friendly and quick reacted to our request. It was a good dinner.

The room is fair enough Elevator needs to be maintenanced. Food not bad. Spa and massage service need to be trained.

Hand towel is not available. But perhaps they can standardized it for all room type. Shower is not really good. Other service went well. Thank you.

I think it's not 4 star hotel. It's 2 star hotel with a quite large room and many facilities such as gym, swimming pool and cafe. But it has a really bad meeting room. It's not suitable for serious event. We can hear voices from another room. And their management is poor. The hotel room also not so clean, i;ve found two or three cockroach in the bathroom. It's just a waste of money if they ignore our request to move our meeting tomorrow to a nice and quite room.

I've tried the coffee at Copacabana and it's amazing. The live music just too loud since they start it and difficult to have a chit chat there.

The room is ok but they don't have the hairdryer! I asked for it and have to wait for almost 30 min to get it. When they delivered it, the hairdryer is not in good condition. No warm air! And they asked me to return it when I already used it!

Nice hotel, near Durian Seller's, ask for price first to avoir overpriced :)

Simply the best hotel in pontianak.

Not bad n nice view at copa cabana lounge.

To soon to open. The restaurant is cozzy. But the food variation is so little. There's event no soap to wash my hand.
