Friendly and comfortable for visitors.

Decent hotel quite close to the airport. They have a shuttle bus service to the airport as well making this a convenient hotel for stop overs. The breakfast buffet was nice too. As for the rooms itself, they are quite small and could use some sound proofing as the road outside could be heard quite clearly.

Nice clean hotel with airport scene on background. Aircraft take off and landing sound can be quite exciting sound then ordinary birds sings. Offer dinner package with interesting menu if you to lazy to take dinner outside.

I didn't stay here, so I didn't know how was the room. I just had one day workshop and for me the meeting room was good. The room named was sapphire 1 and I think the door is broken. The hotel is quiet far from department store but if u wanna taste the famous crab restaurant, u had right choice to stay here. The staffs were friendly but the taste uhm… I prefer to buy outside of hotel.

Good place to spend holiday. There is a lot of choice to have fun there.

Very close to Sepinggan Airport. Only 7 minutes drive or by taxi. The room is clean. It has swimming pool. The breakfast is delicious. The service also professional. They provide pick up service to and from the airport for free.

Are you Avgeek? If yes, you should stay a nite in this hotel. You can see open runway on Sepinggan airport from you own window room.

Goodnight location, near to the airport, classy and compact hotel, there's a swimming pool, Chinese restaurants… Classic theme hotel with modern touch. Nice spot.

Near to the airport. Free pick up, it's also easy to arrange. Gym was not ready the time I was there. Room is good, internet not fast though. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Near the airport, the hotel provides shuttle bus for pickup and drop off from/to airport once every hour. I got a room facing the airport runway. The room is small, but still comfortable enough. My bad luck, I got a bathroom with non-working toilet water spray. Ah. The shower room has glass as the wall. So you could see silhouette of your friend taking a shower. The breakfast was good. They provide various kind of meals: rice, fried rice, nasi kuning, bread, cakes, porridge, fruits and juice, etc. The taste was good enough. The staff was very friendly.

Overall facility good, laundry services may need to improve on respon time.

Internet Wi-Fi is bad. Only good for browsing.

One of nearest hotel from Balikpapan airport. It's offer good and clean small room. Also nice and affordable chinese restaurant at hotel (dimsum and sukiyaki is very recommended). Suit for who need hotel transit near airport for next day flight, especially with kids (the pool and kids playing room available). The shuttle bus from hotel to airport available every hours from 7 am to 7 pm.

Suitable for business trip or holiday trip. The hotel located next to Sepinggan airport, some rooms has a view of airport runway.

Room is nice, staff service is also nice. Wi-Fi is not too fast but easy to access. Breakfast is very standard. If you prefer to stay in crowd, this is not a good option because it is very far from downtown and kinda hard to find good meal.

The room is nice, cozy and clean. The bathroom is good with a big shower, clean and complete amenities. Hairdryer is available upon request. The breakfast is amazing with alot of option. Fast check-in & check-out, super friendly & well-trained staff. My stay at Grand Tjokro Balikpapan was outstanding.
