The room is simple and clean, tea coffee are available free 24 hours and the location are close by Lempuyangan train station, far of noise and busy area.

Great value for money. It has a kitchen so also comfortable to stay with a family. Location is good, the only thing is that the gate to the higher end restaurants is closed for renovation.

Good hotel but unfortunately not as clean as we are used to in Indonesia. Dust in the room and moisture/humidity in the bathroom. Nothing too bad but not something I expected for such luxuary hotel.

I stayed at OmahKebon Nitiprayan for 2 months and really enjoy this place. Location is perfect! Calm neighborhood and 10min from center and touristic places.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The rooms are very large & clean with comfortable mattresses. There is plenty of hot water to enjoy a soak in the spacious tub.

We stayed here 2 nights. Place was clean enough and the beds comfortabel. The towels couldve been cleaner. They did not smell fresh and after 1 day use they were stinky.

I visited Next Hotel quite a long time ago, perhaps during its early opening period. At that time, the place felt fresh, modern, and promising as a new spot to stay.

This hotel located near to Airport, very suitable for traveller with car. Spacious parking, quality room, also nice fitness room. Hotel also give us a nice welcoming cake… big surprise.

Owner is co-operative, kitchen available for small cookings, tea, coffee etc. Clean and neat place, greenery maintained aesthetically.

The place is very nice and well situated. Benjamin and his family are super welcoming and helpful with all of our requests. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend it.

Very beautiful guesthouse, felt like a hotel. Away from hustle of Malioboro but not very far. There's a laundry and restaurant just 50 meters away. Lots of indomarts, alfamarts, ATMs on the main road.
