Excellent Service, arrived there without any reservation late night, exhausted and post complaint at the previous hotel we booked. The Receptionist welcome us warmly and deliver a 5star service service and attitude. I remember his name is Cahyo, I came with 1 kid and an infant and he did the check in process very fast as he could see that we were very tired. Great communication skill and wonderful short stay service. Should the management read this, you should reward Cahyo as your valuable asset.

The service at the hotel restaurant was super slow, it could’ve been alot better than that. But the room was pretty clean, comfortable and the staffs were friendly.

Great staff. Easy and fast check in and check out. Fast response from Room Service. The room was clean and odor free. Fast Wi-Fi. Only the water in the shower was too small.

Low rise budget hotel of only 3 storeys located with 10 minutes walk from main malioboro street, even with a shortcut taken. Comfortable rest for a budget traveler. Service is excellent and staff is attentive. Can speak good English. They also went out of their way to resolve my issue with a lost item on a GoJek ride quickly. The only thing I wished they could improve on is installing some hooks above the bed frame for more hanging space.

Kereta kita sampainya pagi, udah titip barang duluan ke front office nya terus pergi cari sarapan. Karena bingung mau kemana akhirnya nunggu di resto hotel, sebelum jam 12 bahkan jam 11 kita akhirnya boleh check in. Ini sih terbaik banget, kita langsung ke kamar. Kamarnya bersih cuman sayang bantal fave nya seperti lama tidak di cuci, lebih baik tidak usah ada. Terus hari itu juga kamar kita di lantai deket jendela bocor tapi pas bilang langsung dikasih semacam keset ekstra. Breakfastnya tidak terlalu banyak variasi tapi enak dan mengenyangkan. Dan pas check out kita bisa titip barang lagi yeayy! Thankyou favehotel bakalan balik lagi kesini klo libur di jogja.

It is more than what I am expected from a humble budget hotel because it is managed by Aston. Located at kota baru, just a few minute of walking time to another famous tourist spot, House of Raminten and they also can drop you to the legendary Malioboro street, it is definetely free. Very nice and friendly staff, clean room and the also provide a water dispenser for refilling your water bottle.

It is about fine for a budget hotel, the room is good, the bathroom is clean, the staff are polite and nice, the breakfast is pretty simple, the best part is internet speed, probably need to lower the price just a lil bit.

Not yet excellent, but they did good services. Quickly check in, room was tidy and comfort, friendly staff. For breakfast you can found many condiments, but just a few main course. Recommended to upgrade your coffee, espresso and americano were good. Top management need to improve their staff capability for give excellent services as Aston standard.

Hotel is okay for that price. It could be a little bit cleaner. Service was really friendly and helpful! Breakfast buffet was good. Nearby is a mosque that's quite loud especially in the morning.

Near to Malioboro, there's a McDonald's restaurant nearby. It's a three story hotel, the amenities are okay, the rooms are fine, the bathroom is clean. Overall, I would recommend it for travelers who looks for cheap easy great hotel room.

So far, best budget hotel in Jogjakarta. Been trying other similar budget hotels. Good food, fair and quite cheap price, fast internet connection, complete facility. Love it. I would sure be back to this hotel again when visiting Yogyakarta.
