Cozy, clean, well-maintain, calm surrounding, great facilities (including bicycles) and a spacious parking lot included too. The host and the staffs is superkinddd! Very recomendeddd!

Everything was good, love their room interior design! but the bathroom was not that good! the sink was almost clogged and need such a long time for the water to disappeared.

Nice, well maintained hotel in the heart of the city. The room and bathroom are well appointed with nice decor. The pool has a nice Asian flair. The breakfast is typical of the region.

The location is quiet and shady, away from the noise of traffic. The space is spacious, with a dedicated meeting room and a joglo (traditional Indonesian traditional house) for outdoor recreation.

This place was excellent value. The staff were friendly and the rooms and the property felt spacious. They had a water purifier which is always appreciated.

Nice budget hotel. Walking distance to prawirotaman street. Friendly staff. Fresh atmosphere. That price for a decent breakfast and free flow water/coffee/tea? Absolutely yes.

This hotel is remarkable. The staff is very friendly and the room is totally comfortable and wide.

Clean very clean. Bathroom goes dry quickly so not slippery and so adds up to the place cleanliness. They give you the new daily towels themselves you dont have to ask.

Really nice stay but main reason for this review is Irene who very kindly posted our lost AirPods onto us after we had accidentally left them at the homestay.

Really nice stay. Bed was comfy with and the AC worked perfectly. The hostel is in a good location and is easy to get to all the main attractions.

Tryna their economy room for stay 2 night and Twas turn out great experience. Sharing bathroom with other guest not that bad at all.

Value for money. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed everyday. Room aircondition was already on when we checked in and it was running well.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a private room and I really enjoyed the place. The room has a good bathroom and airco that works well.

Good Food and Good Service.

The hotel are renovated, some of the rooms were freshly renovated even tho it has a strong vintage look.
The Rooms are clean and the aircon works properly.

Not bad here. The receptionist is supper friendly. This hotel also near to some famous places. The rate per night also not that high with good quality of room.

A highly comfortable and strategic hotel, very close to Malioboro! The Rooms were clean and tidy. The Location is definitely 5 stars.
​However, what stood out the most was the quality of the Service.

Value for money. Helpful staff and well organized. Help us to organize birthday celebrations at night even though the restaurant open for breakfast only. We love the ‘Sambal Terasi’.

Although I only spent about six hours total here over two nights I highly rate this hotel. It has very nice upmarket comfortable rooms. Staff are great and the service is very efficient.
