Room is tidy with large bed. Price is so so. No lift, all stairs.
Coupled with rusty yet aesthetic kind of vibes.
Breakfast is a no-go for me.

It is cheap, the room is minimalist but clean and neatly ordered, hot water works, there shared refrigerator stove washing machine. It is worth the price.
