I stayed at Albis Hotel on New Year's Eve 2025, and my experience was quite disappointing, especially for family vacation. Although the hotel's location is convenient, being on the main road, and the price of around IDR 300, 000 included breakfast for two, the overall quality was lacking.

Considering the price of around IDR 500, 000 per night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in many areas. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.

I will not be staying at this hotel again if the service still same! But I'll come again for the mini zoo if the service is upgrading.
