The employees are ready to assist even with very late or early arrivals (e.g., at 02:30 AM), ensuring guests are checked in promptly. The reception is flexible: at the guests' request, breakfast can be replaced with dinner at no extra charge in the case of an early departure. Overall, the service is rated as high-quality and attentive, although one guest noted that staff members are not always on-site.
