One of the best hotel around.
1. Full of facilities, warm swimming pool, gym, playground, saunas.
2. The amenities was high quality, consistent shower temperature, etc.
3. In breakfast the staff were also quick to clean up the empty plate.
4. When entering the hotel for the first time, the staff quickly help with the luggage as soon as we get out from the car.
5. The foods was relatively expensive though (french fries for 80k), but I think worth it.

Grand Sunshine Resort & Convention in Soreang, Bandung is a wonderful place to stay for both families and business travelers. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with spacious rooms and great facilities. There’s a playground for kids, a well-equipped gym, a beautiful swimming pool, and even a mini zoo that makes the stay more enjoyable, especially for families with children. Overall a wonderful stay with beautiful room and friendly staff. The room service menu we had (satay maranggi and crispy tofu) were pretty great.
Breakfast main courses could be better in terms of taste, creativity, and availability. But the baked goods, desserts, and coffee/beverages were all very nice.

It's quite spacious hotel! The room is clean and the staff is friendly 😊 while the location is a little bit far away from the Bandung city centre, it would be better to go there by car. Seems it's a good hotel for transit before going out of of town to the southern area, but the facilities are top! There is mini waterpark completed with big slide and water bucket, mini zoo, gym, sauna, and also nice sky lounge.
PS:The fragrance of the body wash and shampoo in bathroom smells really gorgeous 🤩 love it!

This was my first staycation here, and I chose the deluxe room with the Kids & Fun package. My children absolutely loved it, especially since my purpose was to celebrate my child's birthday. I requested a slice of cake and a mirror greeting with "Happy Birthday" written on it, and this was fulfilled!
The room was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to Ms. Chintya, Sella, and one of man whose name I unfortunately forgot.
I also tried the Sky Lounge. My wife and I had dinner there, and the food and drinks were delicious. There was live music and a billiard table. The service from the staff, especially Ka Tommy, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and very kid-friendly, and my children were happy.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home—from the smooth check-in to the thoughtful little touches in the room. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but still quiet enough to relax. The bed was super comfortable, and we had the best night’s sleep. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Hotel Grand Sunshine Resort Soreang is definitely the best hotel for family leisure in Bandung area. No doubt.
This hotel made my wife and our children really happy. We stayed here at the Idul Fitri Holiday (1 — 2 April 2025) in the King room with Balcony. All of balcony room are located in the fifth floor. The mountain view from the balcony in the morning is really breathtaking. The vibes and the design of the room is so good. We were really like it, the couch near window, the balcony, the king bed and it's curtain over it, nice big TV with Netflix and YouTube, there are plates with spoon and fork, there are free snacks, amenities are quite complete, water heater is good, there are two pajamas in the wardrobe, there is saf deposit box. It is really nice room.
The facilities of the hotel are the main reason the we want to back to this hotel. Sangat lengkap and so family friendly. There are jacuzzi pool and waterboom pool. There is mini zoo, our kids really happy to see animals here. There are gym and sauna. And there is a mini playground.
Breakfast in Giwangkara Resto in the morning is quite nice. There are many various kind of food and beverages, so many! Insane. There was cooking class and painting class too in the middle of the restaurant. Perfect morning here in Grand Sunshine Resort.

Excellent service! Beautiful views of the river fields and mountains from the rooms. The gym is large and well equipped. You can use the spa and small heated whirlpool with a view off the night sky. There are 2 bicycles for guests to use within the large property containing an aviary and otters in a large enclosure.
The best attractions around Bandung are south of the city, this hotel is close to those attractions so you do not have to deal with city traffic.

The most thoughtful room service I've ever found. Clean plates and spoons are provided in the room. The room is also clean. The facilities are adequate. There is a warm water swimming pool, that's the most important thing.

Great hotel with great facilities, especially for kids. Breakfast menu is various, which is good. Located near to attractions in South Bandung, and very near to toll exit. The only thing I complain is the quality of the Wi-Fi which is only adequate.

This hotel has a great service. Great location near by toll gate soreang. Room is good also, just a little trouble came before check out. Whirl pool is also nice n relaxing.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to the Soreang Pasir Koja toll road and the facilities are complete, there is a play ground, warm water swimming pool, there is a mini zoo and the hotel service is very good, the food for breakfast is very delicious.

Everything perfect … except a small issue in the toilet.

Great number of varieties of food and stall during breakfast. The food is okay. Some need more flavour and salt 🤣. The resto prepare everything from appetizer till dessert. The main course consist of noodle, Indonesian food, local Sundanese and western. The place is very huge. Friendly staff and quick problem solver.

The stay is pleasant. Room is spacious, clean and comfy. The amenities are excellent. They provide extra mineral water which are benefical for us.
Spacious parkinh lot and the location is superb. Close to anywhere.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff, lots of choice of food for bfast. Kids would love to stay here while waiting for their dad to work, while playing in the indoor and outdoor playground, and also the unforgettable mini zooo.

I stayed at this hotel for musical function organized by Sri Lankans there in Indonesia. Greeted and welcomed with a smile and a welcome drink. Room we got was spacious with all the amenities. Service during the event was also good with nice food. Breakfast had a large collection of Indonesian food. Overall a nice one day stay.
