I recently had the opportunity to stay at Villa Tibra and found the room to be very comfortable. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience:
1. Breakfast Quality: The fried rice served for breakfast was quite average and lacked flavor. Improving the taste and variety of breakfast options would significantly elevate the dining experience.
2. Jacuzzi Issues:
The warm water feature was not functioning properly during my use. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was not clean, and I had to clean it myself before using it.
I hope these points can be addressed to ensure future guests have a more seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback!
Being located up in the mountains gives Villa Tibra a nice cool weather. The owner and staff are very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food are excellent and tasty, with generous portions given the price. We visited Villa Tibra on a company outing and everyone had an enjoyable time. Highly recommended!

Love this place. We stayed at treehouse 802. It's so private and we had a good view of the terraces. It's surrounded by nature so expect nature to be part of the experience. Location is in Lembang. About 100, 000 IDR and an hour to travel via grab/gojek into the city depending on traffic and route (toll road is faster). We love being away from the city and this was perfect for us. Staff are all really helpful and kind. Indonesian hospitality is one of the best in the world and I highly recommend this villa.
