I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful vacation here.
The scenery is breathtaking, and the cool climate (approximately 15–18°C during the evenings and early mornings) makes the experience even more enjoyable. The food and beverages are excellent—I highly recommend trying their Cireng. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Staying in the Treehouse (Room 801) was truly a unique and memorable experience.
There are, however, a few areas that the hotel management could improve:
— The cabin receives direct sunlight from around 10:00 a. M. Until late afternoon, causing the room to become quite warm. The curtains do not fully block the sunlight, and the air conditioning unit is undersized for the room, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature.
— The jacuzzi appears to be inadequately maintained, which may discourage guests from using it. While roller blinds have been installed to provide privacy, they remain partially transparent, allowing others to see guests using the jacuzzi.
— The parking area is relatively limited in size, and there is no parking attendant to assist guests. As a result, some vehicles are parked improperly, making it difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking area.
Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was unique, enjoyable, and highly memorable. Another major advantage is the hotel's convenient location, just a six-minute walk from The Nice Park Bandung, allowing guests to visit the theme park without needing to drive.
There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and food delivery services such as GrabFood and GoFood are readily available, making meals both convenient and accessible.
