We booked Zana cabin & Zana glamping. The first cabin we got was leaking from sun room & the deck. We moved to another cabin which had leaking from the sink. The staff was amazing, they responded immediately and tried to fix the problems.
The cabin feels a little bit worn out — you'll see cracked glass on the sun room.
The glamping is OK, even though our glamping also has broken shower.
The cabin and glamping are generally clean and comfortable.
But, we were very surprised during breakfast as there were lots of flies in breakfast area. We got food poisoning from eating there in the first morning, so we skipped breakfast there on our 2nd day.
Location is not far from places of interest in Lembang.
Access is not very friendly for elderly or people with limited mobility.
I would say I did not get a good rest at night due to noises from motorcycles and also other guests next to our tent (play loud music and chit chat at balcony). After a long journey during the day I really need a good rest unfortunately I had to bear the noises. I thought it will be a good experience for me but it was not a good idea. I made a complaint to the counter via WA but no different.

Were looking for glamping with the family and found this resort in Lembang. Access is easy, around 45mm from Gedung Sate in Bandung.
First, the resort is pretty big with many tents or cabins. It is very kids friendly and quiet.
The tents are really nice with bathroom equipped with hot water and have large space. The service is also good.
I can only recommend this resort if you are in this budget.
