Stayed a few nights at Green Forest Hotel and it was such a pleasant experience! The staff were super friendly and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature — waking up to fresh air and forest views was just amazing. Rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Breakfast with the forest backdrop was a highlight. Overall, a perfect place to relax in Bandung. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and great service! A special mention to Roslita, the Guest Relations Officer, who was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable❤️
We used to visit this resort regularly because their rooms were so cozy and comfortable, and the surrounding nature made for such a peaceful stay. Though we didn’t stay this time, we came back just for the food; and it was absolutely worth it! Every dish was packed with flavor, and their fried gurame was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. A truly great experience all around!

We had a good family staycation overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant looked beautiful at night with the lighting, and breakfast had a good variety with tasty food. The pool was quite small, but acceptable for a short stay.
During our visit, the Nordic Land area was still under construction, but the layout already looked attractive and promising.
We had an issue with the bed size, as it was different from what was advertised on the booking app. This was handled well by the duty manager and resolved professionally, which we appreciated.
The main downside was the check-in experience. The staff member who assisted us had an unpleasant attitude and did not feel sincere, even though she appeared to be trying to be polite. However, the staff member who assisted us during check-out was friendly and pleasant.
Overall, it was a nice stay, but the hotel should remind staff to be more genuine and professional during check-in, as first impressions are important.
