Metland Hotel Cirebon

Second time here, a nice place to stay although only for a night en route to East Java. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy.

I recently stayed at Hotel Metland Cirebon and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is very strategic, right in the heart of Cirebon city. It is close to the train station, shopping centers, and local culinary spots, which makes it convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
The room was clean, comfortable, and designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was soft and provided good rest, while the lighting created a cozy atmosphere. The room is not too spacious but still sufficient for a short stay. The bathroom came with a hot shower and standard amenities.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Receptionists were attentive to guests’ needs, and housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness.
Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was decent, with a mix of local and international options. Dishes like fried rice, chicken porridge, and traditional cakes were quite enjoyable. The restaurant ambiance was pleasant, making it a nice way to start the day.

Only less than 3 minutes from train station, nice and cleaaan hotel. Shout out to Pak Hadi, Driver who picked us up, good manner, very hospitable, thought he was FO, turns out he is a Security. 🔥 Also to FO, Fazrel, very knowledgeable 🔥High Appreciation to Mayang FO who helped us for room readiness.

The room is clean and comfortable to stay with family.

We stayed at @metlandhotelcirebon a decent simple hotel in quite a central location. I like its speedy check in process, refreshing welcome drink and free shuttle to the station. Things to be improved were: cooler Aircon and a mini fridge would be nice.

My experience at Metland Hotel in Cirebon was, to put it mildly, a comedy of errors—though without the humor. Upon arrival, I found myself cooling my heels for nearly 45 minutes as the staff scrambled to install window blinds in my room. When I was finally get in, I was met with the unmistakable stench of fresh paint, no doubt owing to the ongoing renovations on the third floor, as evidenced by a polite yet all-too-familiar sign apologizing for the “temporary inconvenience. ”
The room itself offered no respite; the pungent odor made relaxation a pipe dream, and the bathroom facilities left much to be desired, feeling more like an afterthought than a proper amenity. To add insult to injury, the absence of a breakfast option (had to pay another 75k to get one) was the final nail in the coffin for what was already a less-than-stellar experience—particularly given the steep price tag.
In the end, I decided not to prolong the agony and checked out earlier than planned. While the hotel may one day find its footing post-renovation, I, for one, won’t be returning to find out.

It was my second stay in this hotel. It was like my first stay that I found all staffs were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied between western and local taste. New facilities I tried this stay was archery. It was fun only I had to wait for some kids to finish first. It was not good to make some sort of competition with kids 😁. Bottom line is that Metland Cirebon is highly recommended for business and pleasure stay.
