Very nice and chill, you can really enjoy the nature and cool weather here.
Only downside is my room light one side is not functioning and the fix takes super long so I gave up. Rest all good.

Room clean and nice. We’ve added additional budget for anniversary/ birthday decorations which include flower bucket, room decoration, non-alcohol champagne, free bbq and mini cake. The cake is delicious too.
I ordered several meals for night, turned out they forgot my order but they gave us complimentary.
For the playground is also nice but not suitable for kids under 3yo.
For your referece I suggest if you travel with kids, book a room with inside bathroom so you dont have to share with others and its comfortable too.
Also try to brought some fresh raspberries outside. 100k for 4 packs (try to negotiate ya)

I thought with the price I spent, I’d get a perfect holiday experience. But the room I got had a few issues, dirty windows, a Bluetooth problem, and worst of all, the lights didn’t work… Yes, window sama lampu gak bekerja semestinya…. Sure, they gave me breakfast as compensation, and I appreciate that, but still… it doesn’t really fix the mood. Please make sure there’s tighter and regular QC for every room in the future…. Kalian tuh bersinggungan dengan experience, bukan cuman sama duit konsumen. Ingetin aja KAMA NO 20, Kalo dpt kamar itu make sure semuanya aman dlu, kalo engga better minta ganti atau refund aja…

OMG, this cabin is everything. It is located right next to Orchid Forest and within walking distance to the deer sanctuary. You really don’t need to go anywhere because the view from the room alone will take your breath away. I brought my toddler and she had the absolute best time.
The beds are perfect, king upstairs and queen downstairs, plenty of space for the three of us. The cabin feels super spacious, not cramped at all like I imagined. The bathroom is comfortable and the blankets are thick and cozy, so you really don’t need to bring too much. Just a heads up, bring insect repellent or a mosquito coil for outside because it is nature.
I was so sad when it was time to leave. I already want to retire and live in this cabin forever. If you are looking for a magical forest getaway with views that will blow your mind, this is it.

The luxury one barely enough for four people. Don't bring too much baggage or bring your own portable hanger and such, there's only little space to place necessities. Bring light that can be hung or emergency lights, there's no light outside. Heat and water didn't work on the first day we're here.
We feel we paid too expensive for such minimum facilities. But the staff are responsive and attentive.

Amazing experience with a strategic location and magnificent views. I’m giving 3 stars for the service because the car park was far from the cabin, and it was raining. Unfortunately, there was no security or shuttle available to help pick us up from the cabin or take us to our car. We were very hungry that night and ended up ordering food from Grab. Also, please note that the entrance fee is charged per person and parking is charged separately from the room rate. With these additional fees, we expected better service in return.

I only stayed 1 night here with many pleasant experiences, this inn is not far from the highway and can be easily accessed. Even though I came at night but the street lights to walk are very many and the staff are available 24 hours. We booked a standard room type so it was quite narrow only containing a bed, mirror, and kettle. In front of our cabin there is a table and chairs that are very comfortable to use for chatting in the morning and evening. The bathroom for the standard room type is outside the cabin (shared bathroom) with quite complete facilities such as hot water, shower, hair dryer, towels and toiletries provided. Outside the cabin there is also a campfire area if you want to gather with extended family or friends, it must be very fun. The air at night is very cold and cool in the morning, so even without air conditioning it doesn't feel hot in the cabin.

The Cabin was great, we love the idea to have. But unfortunately the sharing toilet too limit compare with the guest in house. Unless you wanna wake up since early morning in the Forest.
Parking area was too far, but the staff help to accommodate us.
For the Room with no Toilet and the limited breakfast option, the price for me is quiet high compare with similar price around the area.
More benefit for the Guest to be better for sure.

Nice experience to stay in the forrest! the weather was nice around 18degrees in the night. The room is nice, bedsheet is clean.
Aircon is available inside the room.
The buffet breakfast is great, but the set menu breakfast on the second day was bad.

Bad experience when tried the standard room, shared bathroom! There was no further explanation about shared bathroom. They have 10 standard rooms means about 10 to 20 guests using shared bathroom. They only prepare 2 showers (ladies and men), and 4 toilet (ladies and men), but in ladies room, 1 of 2 toilet was broken. Fully booked rooms! Not appropriate at all!
The parasol was torn in several places, the window seals was broken and yes. Insects can join you in the room.
The buggy cart broken so my parents who were at their seventies needed to hitchhike motorcycle to access the premises.
I usually search and gain information before booking, but for bobocabin, their phone number was not active, so I cannot ask anything to anybody. Bad experience. Very bad. And they want to use application for communication with customer but, I cannot even write review because the technical error!

I enjoyed my time here. The services were good, all the staffs were friendly and every time I asked for something they could answer me with fast responses. I stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and it was totally worth it. If you want to order food from online, the driver can put your food on the receptionist and the hotel staff will deliver your food to your room. The place was so quiet but with easy access. You can walk or use mini jeep to the cabins. Overall, I was happy to stay here and want to try to other Bobocabin branches ❤️

I booked 4 Deluxe Cabins for one night, which included a bathroom and breakfast (unlike the Standard cabins that lack a bathroom). One word: magical! Staying in a cabin surrounded by pine trees is a must-do once in a lifetime. Especially during dusk near sunset, the foggy weather and foresty smell make you feel like you're in another world. The clear air can get as cool as 19°C in the evening. There's no TV in the room, but it's perfect for finding peace away from city life. Food options are limited (frozen food and BBQ), but you can order from GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood, with the staff delivering it to your room.
Feedback for management: Improve the buffet breakfast quality.
Tips:
— Avoid the rainy season to fully enjoy and explore the area.
— Cabin 31 is slightly bigger than the others, so choose it if booking a Deluxe Cabin.
— Book directly through their app and in advance. We paid 890, 000 IDR nett for a Deluxe Cabin with breakfast, which usually costs 1 million++.

Such a great experience to have one night stay here. The place is quite unique, you'll be like stay in the small cabin in the middle of pine forest. Although the location is far from Bandung city but it's worth the time. The environment is peaceful and the air is cool, especially on the nighttime. If you plan to stay here, I recommend to book via bobobox app for easier check in process. Don't forget they have 3 types of cabin, better to avoid standard cabin as it doesn't have bathroom inside, so you'll need to walk to the shared bathroom and it would be quite troublesome when it rains.

Tips : If you're not accustomed to cold weather bring extra insulation. This glamping place is run professionally with clean shared bathroom (altough there only one for each gender). The place is beautiful the cabin is ok. Altough there are signs of slight off maintenance. My biggest gripe is that it is located near grafika Cikole which is a place with a lot of noise. So noisy that it is Heard here. So if you wanna avoid that make sure to book on low season.

Loved the experience. I gave 4 stars for the room because of a few minor issues. There was no circulation in the room at all unless we kept the bathroom door open. Bluetooth kept cutting in and out. The door could not close unless we lifted the awning above it. I brought it to the attention of the jacuzzi guy, but nothing was done. The jacuzzi was not private, and there were young families around that kept on staring at us. We had an amazing time. The place is very romantic, but be warned that there are early morning activities at the adventure ground close by. I will definitely try another bobocabin.

This places is located in very beautiful places. But there are few area need to be improve. Am writing this with full sincere so the hotel management can improve the quality of the facility.
1. Once we arrive at the arrival, the security charge us with entrance fee that 15000 per people for perhutani fee. This actually need to include by the hotel booking fee. Only small money but made us felt like this is very low class facility like need to charge for the entrance fee. Hotel management need to communicate with perhutani side to handle the small amount of entrance fee and not to burden to the guest. High class facility need to include this all fee. Entrance fee, toilet fee, parking fee. This all is the basic fee that made different within the high class facility with pasar malm facility (you know what I mean right? )
2. The facility of toilet need to improve because the toilet is smelly and there are no toilet inside the basic bedroom. So everybody need to using the public toilet.
The toilet also not enough. Gents only have 2 toilet and one places for bath. This really insufficient for that scale of facility.
3. The breakfast is too simple for the price we pay. The room price is 4 star hotel room price. But breakfast is like the 1 star hotel breakfast. They even not care for the guess request.
We came in group of 8 people and we are vegetarian. We request for simple breakfast for us. Hotel management not even care for that.

Overall good and so nature, fresh. Can explore around, but on the weekend this area really terrified for traffic. And public restroom for sharing shower room only 1
