The rooms are bare minimum you could give, a minus because when I stay there's huge renovation there, a lot of dust and when I open the door all I could see is dirty unfinished project, and an eerie alleyway. The access also really terrible, you must makes a turn around the complex of unfinished, empty, dark, eerie building, overall the entire property screams "unfinished slop build in hurry because of bad decision"
IDK about the services because I not ordering or asking for help, only check in and out.
Location is quite desolate and far from place of interest, but a lot of food stall or cafe around the premise if you willing to walk a bit.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and was genuinely impressed. Although the building itself is older, the hotel seems to be newly opened inside and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet area with a calming view—especially in the evening.
The rooms are modern and minimalistic, cleaned daily with fresh linens. The TV has Netflix, and the Wi-Fi is fast—perfect for both work and relaxing.
Some small downsides: there's only one power outlet under the desk, the bathrooms are quite small, and the surrounding area feels rather empty—with only a few hotels trying to establish themselves and one small shop downstairs. Still, I didn’t mind, as I came for the quiet atmosphere and the room itself.
The pool is clean and rarely crowded. I always felt safe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also has great access to nearby malls and restaurants.
For Tangerang, this place offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back to see how it develops!

This hotel was a complete disappointment.
We had to wait over an hour for them to fix a water problem in the room, there was no water.
The bathroom is extremely small — you can’t even shower or use the toilet properly.
The sofa was extremely dirty.
The parking route is confusing and far.
Worst of all, the receptionist guy SCAMMED us over a minor issue that should’ve never been a problem.
This place is not worth your money. I don’t recommend it at all. ❌
