The process from online booking to check-in was seamless. Note that a 50k IDR deposit (DP) is required upon arrival. I booked the Lemo Hotel for work, prioritizing the location's practical convenience. The standard room, while not huge, was complete, featuring a safe and a truly excellent shower. My main issue was the outside light, which heavily filters into the room at night—a drawback if you prefer sleeping in total darkness.
Overall, the hotel delivers a good value package for a fair price. A fun bonus is the tiny, but refreshing, rooftop pool. While it’s certainly too small for proper swimming, the water was perfect for cooling off. The immediate surroundings, located between heavy traffic and industrial areas, aren't aesthetically pleasing, but the hotel staff do an admirable job of creating a comfortable atmosphere inside.
Walkability: you can find every kind of shop and restaurant within a 10-minute walk (just cross the main road). Parking is vast, and they even organize several events, some suitable for kids. But also business event are most suitable here.

Rooms, Service, and Breakfast are Fair Enough.
Kids Friendly with several activity likes Drawing, Coloring, Cooking Class etc with specific schedule.

Stayed at Lemo Hotel for 5 nights and for the price we paid, we’re pretty happy on how decent the hotel was.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were polite, helpful, and amazing.
Location was ok. Not the best but only less than 100m away to Gading Serpong which was convenient.
Room could be brighter but the cleanliness was really 👍🏼
