Stayed her in Q3 2025
I think this hotel is newly built pretty good budget hotel.
Room: spacious with japanese flat style interior (simple), the AC was not cool : (this is the biggest downturn for me.
Facilities: small pool but adequate, the gym room is equipped with many undermaintained equipment, small sauna but quite good. The layout of things arranged in this facilities floor is kind weird and inefficient.
Location: kind of pleasant in BSD, connected to Carstenz mall (the mall is kind of sad with very few shop and nothing to do)
Hospitality: kind of good, but the online system makes it slow and complicated, there is no desk phone. So if you have any complain you need to do it online from your own phone and stick your eyes to your screen.
Others: network issue from the Wi-Fi and the signal was bad. Room with clear glass facing other building, not sure if it is apartment building or other hotel.

Had a great time with family. Room very clean and housekeeping team very helpful. Checkin process efficient and fast despite super crowded upon arrival. Most important the facilities worth the price. Thank you so much for Mr. Junius the General Manager and Team, we definitely will return.

Second time I booked at model J hotel bsd during my holiday in Indonesia, I do like the way they design the rooms, minimalist, clean but comfy, it was easy to book the room, price could be low, could be high, employee are friendly and helpful,
I hope model j hotel will open hotels in other city soon.

I had a very pleasant stay on October 27. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Onassi and Ms. Chelsea. I truly appreciate their warm hospitality. The hotel offers excellent facilities and is conveniently located, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

This newly hotel located in mall cartenz. Check is rather slow with only 2 people duty. Facilities are good. Pool, kids area, smoking area. All bedroom are non smoking. Water heater is not hot. Hot for 3 mins then cold the rest. Room is spacious. Hair dryer provided. Amenities good. Phone signal isnt good in the complex. Wifi good.

Perfect place for short escape from working reality. For IDR 350k per night, it offering so many good experiences. Gym, swimming pool, big size smart TV with youtube and netflix aplication, fast speed Wi-Fi internet (i often meet the hotel that the internet is very suck🤣), and many others. I like the frontman person that service me on receptionist. He's a humble person. Even when I said that I broke 1 of their toothbrush glass, he said it's okay. I just thinking i'll got yelled before, but he said anything with humble. Still, I paid the charge anyway 😆. Sadly I don't take any photos when I sleep in there. Must try place if you want to get fancy experience with friendly budget 😉.
