We spent one night on a staycation with our family and it was totally worth it! The location is great, and the room cleanliness was top-notch. Breakfast was good, and my son enjoyed the Indomie rebus so much — definitely a highlight for him.
The coffee was also good. I also really loved the soap and shampoo provided in the room — the amenities smell so good and are of very high quality. Unfortunately, it was rainy during our stay so we couldn’t use the swimming pool. Still, we had a pleasant experience overall.
I will definitely come back again and explore more of the kids’ activities they offer — they look really nice!

A very lovely stay at Herloom because I can bring my 2 dogs to staycation here too. All staffs are amazingly friendly and helpful, also the food at Arooma Asian Bistro when we took bfast and lunch were super delicious. Surely will come back and recommend it to our friends and family.

I recently stayed at Herloom BSD and had such a comfortable experience. The room felt modern and well-designed minimalistic, clean, and everything smelled fresh. Its was super functional too. I love that they provide a washing machine, microwave, and stove, so it’s really convenient whether you’re staying for a night or a week. The bed was super cozy, with soft pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning 😌
I also loved how quiet it was at night, even though the hotel is close to the mall and restaurants.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, with existing kitchen set (electric stove, microwave, cooking utensils) big refrigerator, & washing machine. The room smelled so fresh, you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The bed was incredibly comfortable; we both had the best sleep! And the food… at Arooma restaurant absolutely delicious, from breakfast to dinner, every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
Herloom isn’t just a hotel, it’s a place where you’re genuinely cared for. Thank you for always going the extra mile and making our stay feel so special. We can’t wait to come back again soon! 💛

From the moment I arrived until my quick departure, the service was exemplary—especially from Tania and Syfa. They both provided such a good and warm welcome, making the check-in and check-out process seamless, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of sincere hospitality, and their professionalism and cheerful demeanor really set a positive tone for the entire visit. They are a true asset to the hotel.
Beyond the front desk, the hotel itself was comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxing stopover. The facilities were clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and stylish.

Overall a great stay in Gading Serpong area. Room was very spacious (we booked the 2BR and 1BR). Both rooms were clean, location is very strategic adjacent to a shopping mall, and breakfast was okay too.
We encounter one problem during check-in but the hotel staff was quick to solve. The hotel was packed with guests during our weekend stay, but would recommend if you don’t mind a crowd. Special shout out to the staff who helped us during our stay: Tania, Indra, and Adin.

We had a very pleasant stay at Herloom Hotel BSD. The ambience and location are excellent, breakfast is quite varied and delicious, and a big thanks to Mba Meta who assisted us during breakfast and made the experience even more enjoyable. A nice touch as well—there’s popcorn provided for the kids, which they loved!
On the other side, I would like to kindly share a few points for improvement. Since we came with two cars, unfortunately only one could be claimed for parking. I booked a Premier type room, and apparently two-car parking claims are only allowed for the Executive type. In our experience staying at many hotels, most usually allow flexibility on this. Hopefully this can be reconsidered for the future.
During our stay, the hot water suddenly stopped in the middle of shower time, which was a bit uncomfortable especially since we had to rinse our little one with cold water at the end. The bathroom mat also had quite a few stains.
Other than these small details, the hotel is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Herloom Hotel BSD.

This place is great for a large family stay. I stayed for two nights with my family. The room amenities are complete, including a washing machine, microwave, stove, double-door refrigerator, and even cooking utensils. The swimming pool is also a comfortable place to relax. The staff are also friendly. Lots of greeting and directing. Thank you Nia for cleaning the room, she is friendly.

Nice hotel although the size of the bedroom is limited but I like the interior decoration, comfy bed and sofa. But I think they can improve the cleanliness of the carpet/floor. We found a needle on the carpet. Thankfully none of us stepped on it. I also suggest to not put that long drappery and small pillows on the bed (I'm not sure they wash them between guests)
We love that there is washing machine in the unit along with the liquid detergent, it will be very convenient if they provide more clothes hangers in the wardrobe to dry the clothes.
My kid like the pool, it's so cool that we can watch movie while we're swimming!
For the breakfast, I think they need some more space and seats to serve all the guests 😅 the resto is so small.

We have stayed here a few times as we are family with kids hence the 2 bedroom suite is perfect for us, it’s compact but sufficient for 4 of us and having 2 bathrooms is great. The buffet breakfast at Aroma is pretty decent too despite the restaurant being on the smaller scale vs other large hotels, and my kid loves the cotton candy too! Finally, Check in and check out was also pretty smooth (Ms Inti helped with check out) and then concierge staffs (Romi) was also very helpful with our luggages was very. All good and will definitely come back.

We experienced a lovely stay at Herloom hotel. The room we stayed at was spacious and the interior was lovely. The hotel is clean and we love that every spot is cozy with aromatherapy too. Great breakfast and nice staff! Kak Isti and Mega helped us during checkin and checkout and we had a smooth one. Thanks and keep it up!

Overall, the hotel is incredible. The room is very comfortable and spacious.
But I think there is still room for improvement. Especially on breakfast.
I have no idea, how come the airconditioner connect to the mall. AC in arooma resto is off when the mall is not open yet. The ambient Temprature while having breakfast was hot. I dont how they manage on designing HVAC systems.
I've spent 5 days in this hotel. And they dont have any choco jam at all. You can also see the tag of pain au chocolate in pastry area but no pain au chocolate is available.
Since I am in love with this kind of pastry. I asked the reasons why pain au chocolate wasnt available. And I found that, they had ordered but havent received yet. But for 5 days? really? Did they order it directly from 🇫🇷.
One more thing. Dont expect the table was served with tissue or napkin on it. And the salt wasnt available at every table as well.

I stayed at Herloom BSD for a 1-night family vacation and was genuinely impressed. The place was comfort and perfect for someone who wants more than just a hotel room.
I booked a One Bedroom Deluxe, and it was spacious and modern. The room had a fully equipped kitchenette, a washing machine, and a smart TV which made evenings super relaxing. There's refrigator as well.
I like staying there and recommend to you all for staying there too.
There's also kid activity on Sunday. My daughter loved it. Thank you Ms. Angellica.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and convenient. We loved the cozy rooms, which came fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and microwave – perfect for an extended visit. Housekeeping was impeccable, with our room being cleaned daily. A special thank you to Rahmalia, whose dedication ensured our room remained spotless throughout our entire stay. The restaurant staff were also fantastic, readily accommodating our request for vegetarian food and even preparing special breakfast dishes for us every morning.
The added perk of a mall and an arcade (open until midnight! ) within the same building made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stay in hotels worldwide regularly and usually do not leave many reviews. However, Herloom Serviced Residence BSD must be commended for their hotel and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in all departments, including the Management Team (Dino, Canserra, Dita).
The rooms were spotless and well-appointed, and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to stay for work or leisure; they are a must. If I am not wrong, this is my fifth time with my family since 2022.
Angel did a fantastic job with her colourful welcome message in the mirror for my kids and me. Also, do not forget to ask for the kid's activities of the day or the complimentary bikes to go around BSD, or enjoy the room service (Balung Bakar Taliwang), buffet breakfast, gym and more…

Herloom Residence – Overall 8/10, a Great Stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Herloom Residence! My dad especially loved it. The place is super kid-friendly, with plenty of facilities for children, as well as amenities for adults like a gym, pool, and sauna. All the facilities are located on the M floor, which has a really nice upscale vibe.
That said, there were a few minor inconveniences:
Check-in process wasn’t smooth. The staff seemed disorganized, calling someone who arrived later before me, even though I was first in line. Plus, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:30 PM, so we had to wait another 15 minutes.
Access card issues. Our access cards stopped working multiple times, and we had to keep going back to the lobby to re-register them.
Parking could be better. Getting to the L floor required driving through several loops, which could make you feel a bit dizzy.
Breakfast was decent but not outstanding. The selection wasn’t very extensive, and some of the utensils felt a bit damp/not thoroughly dried. But honestly, I’m just nitpicking here.
Despite these minor issues, we still had a great time, and I’d recommend this place!
