Hotel Santika Premiere ICE - BSD City

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The service was great and the foods were tasteful. The rooms were clean and functional.
The manager, Mr Hikmat, was very kind and helpful in providing informations and feedbacks, and the front office, Miss Evelyn, who was ready to provide help when needed. Added with the comfort of helpful staffs, especially Miss Fifi.
I had a great time here. Three nights stay in a comfortable room.
Will go here again sometime soon.

Went to their Sky Lounge 15 to have a romantic dinner. The view is stunning, we got sunset, and golden hour moment. The staff, especially mas Kevin and mas Siswoyo were very very helpful and friendly. They ensure our food and experience (and of course photos) were the best, and yes, they were. Thank you mas for the cinematic videos too.
It is indeed the best dining experience!

Had a long, tiring day and stopped by Mandalika Restaurant for a good coffee where I have 3 nights stay. Mr. Siswoyo prepared a perfect café mocha for me and it truly made my day. Later at dinner, he quickly helped customize my pasta by switching beef to chicken. Fantastic service and such a kind person. Delicious food, lovely people what else required for peaceful business trip.
5 stars for Mandalika and for the excellent service from Mr. Siswoyo!

I stayed at Santika ICE BSD and this was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with the Santika group.
I initially booked only one Executive Suite. Later I wanted to add a second room, a Deluxe, and I simply requested for both rooms to be on the same floor (smoking for the executive) deluxe ok non smoking. Instead of helping, the FO staff named Fena tell me to book another Executive room. Bcs She told me all rooms on the 15th floor are Executive, so if I wanted the same floor, I had no choice but to upgrade.
That turned out to be completely false. I saw with my own eyes that front of room 1502 is a normal non-Executive room (and no guest). She blocked my options, gave me wrong information, and basically forced me into paying more. It felt like a scam and intentional upselling.
The check-in time in the app clearly says 2 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 5 PM. Hours of waiting with no real apology and no real compensation. They said the previous guest checked out late, but when I asked for late checkout because I had to wait so long, I was only allowed until 1 PM, even though the previous guest stayed until 4. So the rules only apply when it benefits the hotel?
I also asked for a complimentary gesture for the long wait. Fena said she would give cookies, but those cookies are automatically given to all Executive guests (the hk guys told me so). So again, another misleading statement.

After the concert at BSD last weekend, my internet wasn’t working, so I approached the front desk for help. Even though I wasn’t a staying guest, Ms. Caca tried connecting her Wi-Fi to my phone, and when that didn’t work, she agreed to help me book a GoJek. Very helpful and attentive service!
I really appreciate it—without her, I would’ve been stranded there! 💜👏

Booked this hotel for the trade expo at ICE BSD, perfect place to stay if you want to visit any expos in that area. A clean, well maintained hotel, room was cozy and neat, breakfast was good. A bit far away from Jakarta city but worth it. Definitely staying here again if I visit Tangerang.

First time experience having a great services from Mr. Steven one of the staff here, we booking the meeting room for two days and in the whole days he always gave us his best of best services, every single things that we asks served in perfect ways and with perfect arrangement. Nice chain of Hotel from SANTIKA group, strategically located near ICE BSD convention hall, where many big events are hosted.
The room is well space. The standard deluxe room can accommodate two persons or small family comfortably. It comes with queen bed and two sets of pillows.
The amenities in the room is quite complete and standard, like safe, slippers, free, coffee, and tea, flatscreen TV, hairdryer, towels, and free water. The shampoo and body wash come from Sensatia Botanicals, nice local products from Indonesia.
Breakfast and lunch are nice. It has complete choices of Oriental and Indonesian food. Indonesian food in santika is well now because it’s like homemade and authentic.
Wi-Fi works well.
Meeting rooms are available, they come in different sizes depending on your needs.
It has pool and gym as well. The hotel is accessible, friendly for those with reduced mobility and wheelchair users ♿️✅
Parking spot is also available.

I stay one night for business 19-20 April 2025. Disappointed with room because noise from outside and my room beside service area so every movement and noise could be heard. Location is very best specially if we have business to ICE, we can walk from basement to all ICE hall and many parking lot. Breakfast is too packed with people and I couldn’t taste many food because 90% of food already empty without refill (I come to breakfast area on 8.45). Fruits, tea, heavy meal, porridge, yellow rice, and croissant already empty. Want to queue line for eggs but is like war zone and when see the omelette still pale, not very appetizing so cancel my will to have omelette.

I made an iftar dinner for my kid’s classmate at Skylounge (15th floor). The place is sooo nice, safe for kids, and good ambience. The food has a good taste and so much variance, best place to make gathering. All crew is so nice, helpful, and friendly.

Excellent services from Mas Siswoyo, Mas Firyal, Mas Tama. Good food makes a good mood. Cozy ambiance. Really good place to stay and long stay. Enjoyable hotel in ice bsd. Good price.
Having iftar in the private area 15th floor for business purposes is the best option.

This hotel is extremely strategic if you have things to do in ICE BSD. Located just a stone throw away from ICE Hall 3 (in the same complex), they’re the best option if you have business purpose around the area.
The only thing was, I honestly think the room seemed a bit minimalistic. But they’re very clean and decent for their room size.
Oh, the breakfast was only an okay. But really, the staffs there were terrific. They’re honestly attentive and very honest. My friend apparently dropped some money without even realizing, but the staff was quick to make sure we got it back! That’s amazing. Thank you for the kind hospitality!

Great service from the entire team. Hotel smelt nice from the getgo. Reception, bell staff, restaurant crew (Robi and team) and housekeeping team made the stay for my team from Singapore and extremely pleasant one. Food was great. It's also convenient having the ATM available beside the hotel at Hall 3.

Great 4 star hotel in BSD. Rooms are good and staff are friendly and helpful. There are adequate facilities in the hotel as per price. However there's a ventilation problem where the hotel corridor smells like smoke (? ) for the whole night.

I like to location a lot! Inside ice bsd near hall 3. Very great location if you have special event in ICE BSD. The breakfast is nice, western nusantara and asian are available. Breakfast outdoor vibes is nice! Huge lobby area. The checkin and checkout services is quite slow.
The room is very nice. Bathroom okay. AC is absolutely cold 👍🏻
A night stay here for an event is more than helpful 😆
