Services was bad. Room not clean need to ask bottle water everytime. Dunno this place kind of untreated. Very bad.

They took my passport as deposit without asking me if I am ok with it. I realized passport is missing after I put down my stuff in my room, and went back counter to ask for it. Only then did they tell me it's kept as deposit. Why didn't you offer me the other option of pay CASH deposit first?! You made me experience something like human trafficking 😩. Also lots of mosquitoes at room on ground floor. The room smells moldy. The smell originates from the mold in the bathroom. There's so many mosquitoes, I have to go nearby Aeon buy huge bottle of Fumakilla to get rid of them. I killed 20+ mosquitoes that night with the spray.
