Mercure Karawang

The room is clean and cozy and they serve various food and beverage. They also have special japanese restaurant. The pool is wide enough, and the gym is complete.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Good room, excellent services and facilities. I tried the japanese restaurant Kunoichi and it was very delicious. I also tried lunch at Kemuning Restaurant here, and two thumbs up for the Soto Tangkar Iga. The ribs was very tendered and the soup was really rich in flavour. Really enjoyed my staycation here. The location was also very strategic and they also have shuttle car so we can go anywhere we want easily.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercure Karawang. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, everything was well-prepared and neatly arranged. The bed was soft, and the ambiance made it easy to relax after a long day.
The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel very welcome from check-in until check-out.

When I checked-in for the first time, the bathroom in my first room had mould in it. I requested the team to change my room and the second room's bathroom also had mould. When I checked out and later checked-in, the third room ALSO had mould inside the bathroom! I confirmed with my colleague and he also mentioned the same thing. Almost all the bathrooms had mould inside.
Secondly, all the rooms very extremely dirty and not clean at all. The moment I entered the room, I could see dust on the table, a ball of women's hair on the floor, and stained bedsheet. By this time, I was tired of complaining again and again.
Thirdly, the kettles in all the rooms were extremely dirty from inside and they hadn't been cleaned since months! As a guest, I had to wash the kettles myself.
Fourthly, the entire hotel was filled with mosquitos and flies. They were also inside the rooms and I struggled in sleeping.
Fifth — My AC during the second time checking in was not properly working, so I had to complaint multiple times so that the team would fix it! They took 2 days to fix the AC in my room!
Sixth — Almost everyday, the mosquitos would sit on the fruits and other food products during breakfast. I had to tell the chef almost everyday to cut fresh fruits for me because the other food could not be consumed. Because of having this unhygienic food inside the hotel, I fell extremely sick and got bacterial infection.

Good hotel in Karawang for business purposes. The room is quite old and not so well maintained but it is clean and the bed also good. It serves its purpose. They gym is good and they also have a big ofuro, but surprisingly the ofuro only operate in weekend which is a big let down. I appreciate their good environmental initiative, no disposable water bottle in the room, but they give a big jug which can be filled with water from several dispensers in the corridor.

First time staying at Mercure Karawang, and I must say—it’s probably the best hotel in town, right in the heart of the city. Big thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Dodit Hapsoro, for the kind upgrade to connecting rooms for me and my family. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Great stay overall!

Nice and simple stay, with accor standard hospitality. The view was great and in the middle of the city central. Only need improvement for the water heater (which is need to be hotter) and lighting on fitness room are need to be brighter. Thank you.

She organized my request very well, My plan to surprise my beloved parents anniversary and my sister’s birthday was successfuly made. First of all, I would like to thank you for Vanny (Front Office) that have been prepared for room with properly and meet for my expectations. Good view, complete amenities, clean and provide benefits as accorplus member. The breakfast quality standard 4 stars with great taste of menu variation. Strategic hotel location near by mall and all food court station. Overall service were good enough and mostly the staff are humble. I was satisfied as accorplus member. I think, Vanny (Front Office) is working with the heart, friendly and honest. Recommended for everyone. My children likes the good swimming pool.

Its my second time stayed at mercure karawang, when check in I came with my friends and request to get high floor. The staff name’s riri and vanny provide us in room level 7th. The view was very beautiful at night and so clean. Thank you! and also at kemuning restaurant, they have so many varian of breakfast menu, one of my favorite is their fried rice! definitely will come back to stay here again later.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Mercure Karawang, which fell far below the standards we expected from a reputable hotel like yours.
The primary reason for choosing your hotel was to enjoy the Ofuro and sauna facilities. Upon arrival, we discovered that the Ofuro was under maintenance and the sauna was not functioning properly—it wasn’t even hot. What’s even more unacceptable is that your staff failed to inform us of this at check-in. This lack of transparency shows a complete disregard for guest expectations and basic hospitality standards.
We drove two hours from Jakarta with the expectation of a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, we were met with disappointment, inconvenience, and a sense that our time and money were wasted.
This is entirely unacceptable. As a guest, I expect clear communication about the state of your facilities, especially when key amenities are unavailable. The lack of proactive communication and the subpar service we received have left us questioning the credibility of Mercure Karawang and its commitment to guest satisfaction.
I demand an immediate explanation as to why we were not informed in advance and what your hotel plans to do to compensate us for this inconvenience. Anything less than a satisfactory resolution would be deeply disappointing and reflect poorly on your brand’s reputation.

The hotel provided a wonderful stay with exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

My hotel experience was wonderful! Kiya at front desk was very pleasant upon arrival. Room was very clean. Our room came with a spectacular view of Karawong city. The gym was also very clean and well stocked.
Breakfast came with a plethora of both tasty and eye pleasing foods. Indonesian and American cuisine.
Beautiful infinity pool added a nice final touch to our stay.

The quality is good. The food is delicious. But the staff needs more improvement for their service to get better improvement. So far, it's good place stay with the family or relatives in weekend or national holiday. Spending time in this place is such a good choice take. Enjoy the holiday.
