Reviews regarding the staff are mixed. Some guests note that the reception and security staff are very friendly, always smiling, and the check-in process is fast, taking literally 3 minutes. However, other visitors complain about a minimal level of service and a lack of friendliness from the front office. It was also mentioned that the hotel does not have enough staff to help guests navigate the extensive grounds.

The condition of the rooms varies significantly depending on the room type and the specific unit. Standard rooms (Edelweis building) are equipped with air conditioning, a water heater, Wi-Fi, a TV with a set-top box, towels, and two bottles of water. Many guests complain that the furniture and buildings are old, worn out, and in need of renovation; some rooms have poor ventilation and a sharp smell. Serious issues have been reported, such as a missing handle on the bathroom door, a malfunctioning air conditioner, or a clogged sink drain.

Guests report poor soundproofing of the walls, making neighbors audible. Serious water supply failures have been recorded, where a pump breakdown during the peak season rendered the toilets unavailable. In some rooms, the shower head and sink are connected in such a way that water flows into the sink when the shower is turned on, and the water pressure can be weak.

Opinions on cleanliness are contradictory. Some guests find the rooms clean and fragrant, while others describe them as very dirty and neglected. The hotel grounds are vast and green, but many support areas are not maintained: playgrounds and fields appear untended, and trash accumulates in some areas.

There are two pools on the premises, including a children's pool with slides and fountains, which are very popular with children. Table tennis and billiards are also available, although the equipment in these areas sometimes requires updating. The hotel has karaoke, however, guests note that the sound system and analog televisions need replacement. In their free time, guests can enjoy nature and tranquility, as the location is suitable for "healing" and family vacations.

There are challenges with dining at the hotel: the restaurant is often closed, and there is no full-service cafeteria. Guests recommend ordering food via GoFood or bringing their own groceries. Some rooms are provided with electric kettles for preparing coffee or noodles. There is a prayer room (musalla) and a children's playground on the territory.
