The hotel features a very spacious outdoor parking lot. However, some guests noted that the motorcycle shelter is quite small, leaving some vehicles exposed to the rain. It was also suggested to improve the parking surface by paving it with asphalt or interlocking blocks.

Opinions regarding the staff are mixed. Many guests praise the team members, giving special mention to Kak Rara, Mas Uus, and Kang Jajat for their friendliness and helpfulness. On the other hand, some visitors complained about the rudeness and indifference of a male front desk staff member who ignored guests. There are also mentions of a lengthy check-in process, which can take over 10 minutes, as well as delays in room readiness past the official check-in time.

The hotel offers a diverse buffet featuring Indonesian and Western cuisine, including traditional snacks such as kue pancong and mie rebus. Most guests rate the food quality as very good, although some find the selection repetitive or complain about cold dishes due to malfunctioning food warmers. The restaurant operates on a session system during peak hours. An affordable buffet dinner is also available, though some guests were disappointed when served bento boxes instead of the expected full buffet.

Soundproofing at the hotel is relatively weak: guests can hear conversations in the hallways and children running on the floors above. Regarding the beds, reviews are mixed: some guests find them comfortable with the convenience of a sofa bed, while others complain of squeaky, sagging mattresses that make noise with any movement.

Cleanliness standards appear inconsistent. While many guests are pleased with the neatness and cleanliness, others report significant issues: stained walls, marked bedsheets, dusty corners, and the presence of ants or even worms in the bathroom. Hallway carpets, particularly on the 9th floor, appear dirty and not vacuumed for some time. There were also mentions of stained sanitary fixtures and peeling paint on bathroom ceilings.

Most guests note that the air conditioning works effectively and keeps the rooms very cold. However, in the older building (Syariah), there were complaints about aging units with broken louvers and inadequate cooling. In addition, an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom was reported in some Executive rooms.

Rooms are equipped with Smart TVs featuring YouTube and Netflix access, air conditioning, hot water, and in some cases, balconies. However, guests noted the absence of towel racks in the bathroom and non-working landline phones, requiring them to go down to the front desk in person. Some guests also mentioned the absence or delayed delivery of hair dryers.

The hotel has elevators, but their operation can be problematic during peak hours. One guest reported that on the 9th floor, only one elevator was in service and occasionally failed to stop at the floor, requiring guests to use the service elevator to access the restaurant. Guests may also experience noticeable ear pressure when descending in the elevator.

The property features three swimming pools: one children's pool with slides and water splash buckets, and two adult pools of varying depths (1.4 m and 1.5 m). Guests appreciate the variety of swimming areas, but have raised concerns regarding water cleanliness: the children's pool can be murky, and in the adult pool, some floor tiles are peeling and moss is visible.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities: a fitness center, a mini-zoo with birds, paintball, badminton, jogging tracks, and live evening music. For children, there are indoor and outdoor playrooms, a sandbox, and special weekend workshops, such as fire safety activities and cooking classes.

The hotel is highly family-oriented and considered exceptionally kid-friendly. Excellent facilities are provided for children: multiple swimming pools, a large playground, a sand play area, and a variety of kids' activities. The breakfast menu includes options suitable for children, and the staff is very welcoming toward young guests.

When booking rooms to celebrate a wedding anniversary, the hotel may provide complimentary special touches, such as a celebratory slice of cake and a personalized greeting written on the room mirror.
