Another hidden gem in puncak… Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. During our stay, the hotel is at 100% capacity with several events and meetings also took place. I have to say I'm impressed with the way hotel staff still managed to keep everything running smoothly. Kudos to the management & the team on the ground. My personal favorite is the rice pudding served during our dinner at the hotel restaurant. Too bad we didn't get a chance to sit down next to the fire pit in the BBQ restaurant since we are already full with the all you can eat buffe provided. Next time I'll be sure to bring the team along to spend weekends at this marvelous hotel. Looking forward to our next visit.

A great experiences. Room clean. Friendly staff. Good view. Kids club. Superb scenery. Pool with great grills. Music. Spending 1 night isnt enough. 5 star worth. However road to hotel small. And one way schedule you need to pay attention.

Stay here for 3 days vacation was awesome. Feel so relax and everything properly served. I fully recommended this place. Indeed not the cheap place but obviously you will get the excellent service. Make sure you spend 1 day full stay at your unit to feel the environment; I bet you will experiencing the great relaxation. Fully Recommended.

Excellent service, amazing view and wonderful design. Never imagine this place is exist near jakarta. What a short escape! it wont fail you. You can see many beautiful spot here. If you are looking a place for a vacation with your family, friends, couples, or even an office meeting and conference, you should think about royal tulip.

Great hideaway near Jakarta! A sophisticated looking hotel with wide open spaces. We stayed at Studio room and were blown away with sheer mountainous view. They have three different sizes of swimming pools, kids playground, and, my favorite, a zen deck to find your inner zen Wait for our return!

Sangat MENGECEWAKAN, khususnya untuk sarapannya kami di arahkan tempat di Executive lounge room yang sempit, dan makannannya variasi sangat sedikit hanya roti, nasi goreng dan bubur. Padahal sekelas Bintang 5. Dengan alasan mereka memiliki tamu rombongan di restoran LL one yg biasa utk breakfast. Dan pada saat mba pelayan penerima tamu di ruangan tesb (dgn senyum bercirikan menggunakan dental braces dan baju mini) menanyakan makanannya bagaimana? Setelah kami keluar dari executive room. Kami jawab "tdk variatif, seperti Bintang 2". Dia malah menjawab yang lbh lengkap memang ada dia restoran bawah bu. Lowh kalau begitu saya boleh kebawah?. Dia menjawab dengan penolakan tdk bisa karena sdh direcord. How come?! … Saya merasa sebagai Tamu yang bayar, dengan room executive studio. Namun diperlakukan kurang adil. Dan sangat kecewa. Betul… Betul. Kecewa.

Nice view of mountain, cozy and comfort. There are three pools here : for kids, family and adult. The weather is not too cool as well as not too hot. There are many activities we can do here, like : gym, yoga, kids playground, flying fox, riding biycle dan jogging. Almost Complete. Cost? Yeah this is 5 star hotel, of course the cost is expensive.

We had a family escape here, and expecting great experience like we had before on Golden Tulip Jineng, Bali. It turns out here have a better advantage, especially in wide breakfast selection. They served pork sausages and bacon too which is awesome. Kids playground are awesome, with slide pool, jungle gym, mini flying fox. Room and amenities are great, clean bathroom, friendly staffs, fast check in and out.

The stay was good (despite the air-con in our room was a bit warm), lots of activities for the kids and awesome view. The only downside was the breakfast, since we stayed on Christmas Eve, the hotel was very packed, there was not enough food and service was quite slow (one was the omelette they ran out of eggs, no lontong for the lontong sayur, etc; second we have to wait for about 5 minutes to get the glass; third there were no yoghurt and donuts displayed, just to name few).

This is a well made golf resort, for the golfer and the family. Highly recommended… although the weather is a little unpredictable at times. Great atmosphere, great staff, great amenities. Will definitely visit again.

The room service was not responsive, I waited to long to have my bags/luggage delivered to my room. Also, no one on the room service picked up my phone call. One of the complimentary drinking water was not sealed (the bottle had been opened). I don't really like the taste of the breakfast menu. However, it is a luxurious resort, modern design and wonderful view.

Everything about royal tulip is perfect escept its location which is quite far from the main road. It was quite hard for me to go back to bogor city since I relied on uber/grab, not using my own car. The room is complete. A lot of power outlet and even usb port to charge our phone, at both side of the bed. There is even bath robe provided.

We stayed for 1 night, booked via the royal tulip website, originally ordered the executive deluxe but then got an upgrade to the executive studio which was a really nice room with a killer view. The staff was really helpful and friendly, breakfast was ok (it was good really when compared to other hotels in bogor). Wife had a free yoga session which was fun and relaxing, "mr Arif was really kind" she said. There are 2 big swimming pools and 1 small childrens pool but we didn't bring our swimsuit. The best part was the cookies, we got three delicious cookies during the checkout. We'll be back surely for the yoga session & cookies :)

Perfect place for refreshing. Comfy place with a great view. And they had a great rooms with a reasonable price.

A wonderful getaway resort ideal for couples and families. The room we stayed in was the standard type but comfortable for a family of four. Some nitpickings — — your telco coverage maybe spotty in some parts and the poor in-room Wi-Fi connection will add to the frustration. And, driving to and from the resort at night can be dangerous. A big portion of the drive are through a winding and narrow road with very poor lighting.

Hotel Masih baru. Alternatif weekend getaway yang cukup Deket dengan Jakarta tapi suasananya beda dan harga lumayan oke. Good for Family. Kids club kecil tapi ada Playground with mini outbound. Poolnya juga cakep. Studio room at the corner is the best!
