Kampung Sumber Alam Garut

The front desk didn’t inform us that the Arileu room type had no air conditioning. However, they took responsibility and upgraded our stay to Suite Arileu 1, which had AC. The swimming pool facilities were great, and the room was clean with a cool AC, but the lighting was too dim and the bed sheets were not perfectly white — slightly faded.
As for the food, the beef roll wasn’t tasty, the lontong sayur had almost no ingredients and lacked flavor, and the pasta was dry. We hope the taste and quality of the food can be improved in the future.
Despite these issues, the service was excellent. The waitress named Feni was very attentive, friendly, and quick. The front desk staff were also friendly and responsive to all our concerns. The bellman and housekeeping staff who helped with our luggage and room cleaning were polite and efficient.

We had a truly satisfying experience at Kampung Sumber Alam Resort.
Here are some highlights:

— Clean facilities with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
— They were very accommodating to our special request to have breakfast delivered earlier as sahur during our stay.
The only downside was the limited parking space. When the resort is full, guests may need to park in the open field across the street.
Despite that, our family was very pleased with the overall service.

The resort is nice with lushes trees, well maintained gardens suitable for family gathering. It has many facilities for family such as swimming pools, outdoor yard, nice views with mountain panoramic backgrounds. The breakfast is not too bad but needs more varieties. Overall, all are fantastic. Will be back.

One of the best in Garut. The pool area is very complete, there is a large warm water swimming pool with an aquarobic therapist for my mother. Besides that there is also a warm water soaking pool area, although there is already a soaking pool in the room area.
I stayed here to celebrate my mother's birthday, Sumber Alam provided a greeting card and cake for my mother, I contacted them beforehand. Everything was very well prepared and neat. Thank you Sumber Alam for giving the best moment for our family.

It's true, the camping is beneficiary from the wonderful environment, but it's really damaging the place.
Rooms very dirty and inaccurate with the reservation description!
Shower water are drained with shampoo and chemicals materials to the lack directly!
People was swimming in the pool with their public clothes, water becoming disgustingly dirty 🤮
No minimum security measures at pool boards, I full down and had serious accidents, could be, even, mortal due to installations defeciencies.
Balcony in the bungalow with wonderful views, but no sites to sit down, neither chairs, nor even a matras…
Conclusion : primitive, bad managed and environmentally abusive!

Additionally, the room’s cleanliness falls short, and the lack of power plugs limits convenience. The public pools, while inviting, tend to be crowded with children and outside guests, which may affect those seeking a quieter retreat.
