Clean room, good amenities, various breakfast choice. Thank you mba ajeng for your help, as my husband’s hand got lil injured, she fastly run to hand us hansaplast, and also gave a help when checking out. Overall it was a pleasant stay here 🫶

It was my first time visiting Garut, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. Santika Hotel Garut offers a breathtaking mountain view with fresh, cool air. There’s a fun water playground for kids, several pool options including warm water pools, and even a jogging track surrounded by rice fields — absolutely refreshing!
I stayed in the Premier Hollywood Room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The package included morning and afternoon tea, which added a lovely touch to the stay.
Compliments to the Kitchen Team for the delicious and varied food selection. A special shout-out to Ms. Bunga from the restaurant staff for her friendliness and helpfulness — she made our dining experience even better.
Overall, it was a truly delightful stay, and I’ll definitely recommend this place to my family and friends for their next getaway.

1. Suite Premiere Room was great, comfy bed & pillows (i wish I could take the pillow home 😁) mountain & paddy view,
2. Food was exquisite thank you to the chef for welcome chocolate cake.
3. Service was excellent welldone to Wilman — Premiere Lounge Barista, Hardi — F&B staff & Chef Dian who greeted and had a little chat during breakfast time,
4. Great breakfast selection, croket during my high tea was really good.
5. Temperature control pool, thats great idea for night swim.

This was my second stay at Hotel Santika, and I was really impressed with the improvements they’ve made. The hotel now offers great activities like rice field walks and family-friendly programs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection is varied even though it was split into two locations due to the main area being full.
However, one thing that left me disappointed was during a morning walk in the rice fields. My husband and I had a nice chat with one of the farmers working there, and while he was friendly at first, in the end we were asked for “cigarette money. ” Since we didn’t carry any cash, he even waited around, which made the situation uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate to still experience this kind of solicitation in such a good hotel like Santika.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciate the improvements, but I hope the hotel can address this issue to ensure the guest experience remains pleasant from start to finish.

Spends the night in room 212 we booked from my santika apps, requests best view because we want our kids felt the special here and turns out the staff made our dreams come true, we really appreciate Ms. Jacinda for the help behind our special moment here at santika premiere garut. Surprisingly Ms. Jacinda also wishing me a happy birthday without me asking for it! so special and shows that we really taken cared of! the food here are beyond amazing, the varieties are TOP and all tasted very good. The kiddos love spending their time at the playground and also it's their first time playing at the field, this hotel is totally suitable for kids and family. The room was ok, but the view very magnificant❤💫all the staff are very friendly.

I like this hotel, the rooms are clean and the view is beautiful. The service is also good and the staff are friendly. However, the check-in process needs to be faster to prevent guests from crowding and waiting too long.
It seems the hotel should have a rule for guests to dry themselves off before returning to their rooms after swimming. The hotel hallways and elevators were very wet because many people walked back to their rooms fully dressed but still wet.

I stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. The location is perfect, and I got a room facing the mountain—the view was amazing, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff.
However, there was a small issue at the restaurant. It seemed overwhelmed by too many guests, especially at certain stations like the omelet counter. Since the omelets are made-to-order, the wait was long, and the staff seemed forgetful—they didn’t use a number system, so my order went to someone else.
If they had pre-made omelets ready or a better queuing system, it would be much smoother.
Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. The hotel is great, but the restaurant could improve its efficiency.
Would stay here again!

Such a good hotel for families or if you just escaping from daily routine. They have 4 pool. 2 in front and the other 2 near the lounge area. Also they have dedicated playground for kids to play. Breakfast had many items. But expect some menu will taste little bit sweet on it, even though the menu should be savored. For room service take quite some time to arrive.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Santika! My son was absolutely thrilled with the warm pool, playground, and horse riding activity — it was a kid's paradise!
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Azhar who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend Hotel Santika to families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Overall experiences during my stay was 9/10 (28-30 March 2025). Stayed for a leisure trip, and with 2 kids.
The minus only :
— there was a really thick smoke behind the hotel, and it’s really disturbing.
— there was a small spider net inside my room (but I really don’t mind).
Check in process was super fast. They allow me to have an early check in time. And I had the double pool view type, which I thought will be very noisy, but it didn’t.
The room quite large for four of us (all sleep in one bed). The shower room area has no door, so it might be slippery when the water splashed out. The cleanliness is 4/5. Only for the small spider net inside my room 😅. The HK staff cleaned my room in the morning, which for me is very a plus point.
The POOL was super nice! They had warm.
Water, sayangnya kaporitnya agak tinggi. So I suggest to wear a goggle.
Breakfast was the HIGHLIGHT of my stay. Breakfast choices are quite lot, the taste was also good, and last but not least, the VIEW is magical! Kapan lagi breakfast sambil liatin gunung dan sawah-sawah. Plus, ada kerbau yang lagi bajak sawah 😜.
They had a newly opened playground near the premier are followed with a toilet nearby.
And finally we’d to check out. Check out process was also fast and good, I told the manager about the small spider net inside my room, and they say sorry. For me its enough.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 night during school holiday. For the room I really like the room bcoz I choose mountain view and its really beautiful. For the room its not too big but not too small, interior of the room is quite good.
For the service and the staff is so very friendly if we met the staff they are always say hello or something like that. Location in the city center so its still easy to accsess.
What I like here is they have warm water in swiming pool so make us enjoy during swimming time. My suggestion is maybe you can put scantef spray in the bathroom bcoz at that time there are bad smell.
For the breakfast thay have varios type food such as traditional, western, bread and etc. But for the varition not too much bcoz at that time just some of food different.

Overall, it was a nice experience to stay at the hotel. The staff are nice, the foods, location, facilities are oke.
One major issue, the room are not sound proof. I can still hear clearly others guests chatting on the hallways.

Nice view, great food… the best feature is warm pool so relaxing.
I would recommend to spent weekend here.

We really enjoyed staying at the Santika Hotel. The facilities are complete and very suitable for family trips.

This was for a business trip, and my colleague and I shared a twin-bed room. The room was kind of funny—it had a separator in the middle—but I didn’t mind, haha. The water heater and air conditioner worked perfectly, so no complaints there. The only issue was the hairdryer. You guys should add more to the rooms! I asked the receptionist, but they didn’t have any available because apparently, everyone in the hotel was using them. The view was nice, but there’s some construction going on right now, which is a bit of a downer. I had Sop Iga for dinner, and it was amazing! Breakfast was decent with plenty of options to choose from. Also, it’s cool that there’s a heated pool—too bad I didn’t get to try it!
