We booked 2 nights in a superior villa through agoda where De Summit of Eaden Villa is advertised as a 4 star property. We paid about 3, 400, 000 Rp which was non-refundable. The villa is completely rundown, smelly, damp, dirty, moldy disgusting. Here are some of the many issues with the property:
1. The water in the shower didn't work.
2. There was mold all over the walls and ceiling.
3. The bathroom was moldy and had a terrible odor.
4. The faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms were falling apart.
5. The upstairs sky deck was run down and in terrible condition.
6. The bedsheets felt damp and were disgusting to sleep in.
7. The floor boards were warped and falling apart.
8. The sliding doors in the bedroom don't open.
We ended up having to stay one night, because we arrived late, but checked out and moved to another place down the road. Do not stay here.
