I stayed at the Safari Resort from July 10th to 11th 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, the resort was spacious, and the peaceful surroundings made it incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Overall, everything was excellent—highly recommended!

Hello from Malaysia, stayed on 3 June 2026. For the feedback, everything was great. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging the birthday surprise decoration despite my last-minute request. The toys, towel art, and birthday card were very cute, and the birthday song playing when we entered the room made the surprise even more special.
The food served in the caravan café during breakfast was also good, with plenty of options to choose from. The view from the café was amazing, and the environment was clean and welcoming.
However, the toilet in the caravan room had an unpleasant smell. There was visible mold on the walls and in the gaps between the floor tiles, which affected the cleanliness of the bathroom.
They have a variety of room types, each with its own unique vibe. Don’t forget to purchase your Safari Park tickets at the reception upon check-in—you’ll get a discounted rate as a hotel guest, and the driver is entitled too. The tickets are valid for 2 days. The Safari Park is within walking distance from the hotel, making it very convenient. Highly recommended to stay here! 😊

We arrived in the evening to check in, and the road leading there was quite dark. We stayed in a 3-bedroom bungalow, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very convenient. When we first stepped inside, the floor felt extremely cold and slightly damp. The temperature was around 19°C, so there was no need for air conditioning at all.
The bungalow was equipped with a water heater, and the sink had both hot and cold water. However, the phone wasn’t working at the time, which made communication a bit difficult. Overall, the place is perfect for healing and relaxing. The parking area is spacious and can fit around 2–3 cars.
Since it was already night and we didn’t bring any food, we were a bit confused about what to eat. Thankfully, they offered a hotpot option. The hotpot was decent enough to fill us up, though not something extraordinary. Barbecue is also available. If I remember correctly, the price range was around IDR 300, 000–500, 000.
The bungalow also comes with a TV, refrigerator, dining table, and a very spacious living area. The staff were friendly and polite, which made the stay even more pleasant.
