Everything about the stay was amazing. The hotel was very comfortable, peaceful, clean, and private. The room service and all the hotel facilities were excellent. We really loved how much attention they gave to children, with fun activities, a mini zoo, and a playground inside the resort. The spa experience was also wonderful and very relaxing, with excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and had many different options, and there were nice food activities for kids like cotton candy and popcorn.
We were also celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with beautiful room decorations and a simple cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our celebration extra special and memorable.
Special thanks to Ridwan Mohamed for making our days extra special with his beautiful coffee art every day. His kindness and hospitality were truly appreciated.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel is beautiful. It looks like it was designed to house way more people than I have ever seen in this building. It was built, let's say, optimistically. So many things in this hotel are both old and still look new. The rooms are clean and while maintained. They have a good selection of TV channels. Now that we're done with the positives. The service here is some of the slowest I've ever had in any hotel I have had arossed all of Jakarta. With three different people working the front counter, I have never seen a slower group of people at checking in guests. They were friendly, but absolutely terrible at doing their job efficiently. When we asked to see a room, we were told that they would not show us one. I have never been in a hotel where they are unwilling to show one of their rooms to someone looking to pay them. Let me start moving quicker through the issues for a supposed four star hotel. The AC is insufficient to cool the room, the blinds do not actually stop sunlight and expect someone to knock on your door several times well before checkout. The rooms are not particularly soundproof so you will hear every single person passing, none of the taxis wished to travel all the way to the hotel, so expect to have them cancel multiple times before you can get a ride even with a perfect rating. The whole place feels like a ghost town. There is not enough staff here to run this massive building, and it 's starting to show.

The massage service was excellent and very relaxing.

Good hotel with great service. Kids up to 9y. O is not free for bfast, be ready. Kids pool has warm water. Rooms are clean and has balcony with good privacy, food choice are great with arabic food stall, only downside was the long queue at the egg station.
Lots of activities can be enjoyed such as mini goll, mini zoo, pingpong, gym, and some said billiard, but I didnt see when was there. Location is great when you are planning for going to TSI, if not, it's a bit far up, so expect heavy traffic. Overall it's a good one.

I had such a great experience here thanks to Kak Nadia. She was incredibly kind and helpful.
— she even offered to carry and look after my baby while we were eating, which was a huge help because our little one was getting a bit tussy.
Nadia handled everything so warmly, and our baby was super comfortable with her. It made our meal so much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. I booked a mountain-view room and the scenery was beautiful. The food was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If the swimming pool had heated water, it would have been even better, especially since the hotel is located in a highland area where the air and the pool water can be quite cold.

The view was absolutely stunning — surrounded by fresh mountain air and peaceful greenery, it truly lived up to its name. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a balcony that overlooked the beautiful landscape.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with warm smiles. My kids loved the swimming pool and outdoor activities, while we enjoyed relaxing at the café with its delicious food and scenic atmosphere.
It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time with family. We’ll definitely come back again for another memorable stay! 💚

I really liked the staff's treatment, quick to respond and solve problems. I had a problem with the safty box and it was solved by the engineer in a few minutes. As for the service staff in the food hall, they were polite in their treatment and took good care of me. I thank Ms. Naila and Shifa for their great interest in my request despite the crowding and severe pressure. As for the second day, I liked the smile on her face and the welcome of Ms. Ira, which made my day more beautiful. I am grateful and appreciative of her for her polite treatment. She deserves all appreciation for her dedication to work.

Located in the Puncak Cisarua area, with its fresh, cool air and green views, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The staff were very helpful from check-in to check-out, room was clean, recreation staff, buggy driver was amazing and at the breakfast time the team helped us to set up tables as the restaurant was full. Overall I got an Excellent Service.

Beautiful hotel & resort, we stayed at the villas with very good deal in price as it was reasonable and yet it was really worthed to bring the family for vacation here. All facilities are available with stunning swimming pool at our backyard and beatiful forest landscape surrounding it. They have activities such as pony horse rides, ATV ride, archery, paintball and we can simply just walk in the complex to enjoy the freshness of air within the pinus tree forrest. Room service was very good and fast response, all the staff were really nice and helpful. Obviously one of the best place option for staycation.

The hotel location is strategic close to Taman Safari Indonesia, the room is clean and cozy, the hotel view is fantastic, there's a lot of activities especially if you come with your kids. Food and beverage is great with various choices. The reception is friendly and all the staff is very helpful for all your needs. Great place to stay…

A comfortable hotel for families. Although it is slightly hidden inside a housing complex, the location is still easy to find. The kids' facilities are quite complete, and the children's pool uses warm water, making it safe for swimming in the cold afternoon weather. The breakfast menu has many options, including Arabic dishes, and the taste is satisfying.
We stayed in a connecting room, but it was a bit small and the connecting door did not fit well, making the room feel tighter. The service was very friendly and helpful. It would be great if certain room types had a bathtub. It would be better if guests were allowed to change their reservation up to 2 times without cancellation.
Overall, we have a good time spending time in this hotel and surely will stay again. Recommended.

It’s really a great resort. It’s full of everything. There’s a beautiful restaurant there and the views there is just unimaginable. Beautiful rooms, clean bathroom. Everything is feel luxurious. The only bad thing there is no way there of transportation. You have to get a driver with you or Rent-A-Car rather than this grab and gojek is bad choices.

I stayed with my little family at Pesona Alam Resorts and Spa during the public holiday. Warm welcome from all staff there, started from the security guards to room services.
I would say that the room decoration is not like modern hotels nowadays, but it is understandable because as far as I know this hotel was built quite a long time ago. The room I stayed in was clean, the hot water worked well, the amenities were complete, there’s smart TV + TV cables, and there was an iron! (plus points). My family and I got a room with a view of the mountains and forest. I got a breathtaking view at night and in the morning. Love it!
I also had a birthday while on vacation here. And surprisingly, my husband worked together with the supervisor on duty at that time, Mr. Denni. Mr. Denni & team, thank you for the birthday surprise during breakfast at the restaurant. The GM also came to the table to wish me a happy birthday. This was a very memorable experience. ❤️
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and if I have a chance I will come here with my extended family. Thank you for your hospitality.

Exceptional Service!
We've just returned from an incredible stay at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa! The service provided by the Front Office (FO) team was truly exceptional. They were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with storing breastmilk. They were very understanding and accommodating.
Furthermore, we were impressed by the warm welcome from the FO team from day one until checkout. The Housekeeping (HK) team was also very attentive, replenishing bath gel and replacing towels as needed.
Additionally, we were delighted by the creativity of the Guest Experience team, who created mirror art in our room. This was a lovely personal touch that made us feel special.
Thank you to the entire team at Pesona Alam Resort & Spa for your exceptional service! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Should have stayed at the Botanical Sanctuary, but the room availability data on the 3rd party apps somehow did not sync properly, so the management of Pesona Alam replaced and even upgraded it with a bigger and better room in Pesona Alam Resort and also gave us a gift/souvenir as their apology.
Staff is very friendly, complete facilities and services, clean and tidy, the food provided in the restaurant taste good. The scenery and the surrounding environment are nice and clean. Suitable for a vacation with your loved ones, family, and friends. Definitely will stay here again someday. Recommended. Keep it up Pesona Alam Resort👍
