We had a wonderful stay at The Greenpeak Hotel! The service is amazing! Especially Pak Arinal and Ibu Dila. They go above and beyond to meet your needs and are so kind! The only thing is the walls are a bit thin, but other than that I would recommend this hotel! Great stay, great location, amazing breakfast! Our kids loved the pool too! Thank you Greenpeak for a great stay!

Third stay in ARTotel properties and We had such a wonderful family weekend stay at Green Peak Artotel Cisarua! The family room with a beautiful mountain view was a perfect choice with spacious, clean, and cozy for our getaway. Check-in was smooth and efficient even though we arrived late, and having basement parking access was really convenient.
Breakfast was a highlight with great variety of local dishes and live cooking options. Special thanks to Ms. Siti, who was so friendly and helpful that morning, serving us a delicious omelette with a big smile! Dinner was also exceptional served by Ms. Ayu’s service was warm and professional, and the food was outstanding. We tried the Konro, Chicken Burger, and Fettuccine Carbonara, all flavorful and perfectly prepared, paired with hot Red Ginger Bali and Hot Chocolate, such a comforting meal on a cool evening.
Our early morning swim at 6 AM was the perfect start to the day. Dedicated family pool, cabanas, and mountain view made it extra special. The shower area and poolside facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Overall, our weekend staycation was truly memorable, excellent food, stunning views, and genuinely friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Green Peak Artotel Cisarua, we’ll definitely be back! 🌿💚

I had the opportunity to visit The Green Peak Artotel Puncak for a room survey, and I was highly impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of one of the trainee staff, Mr. Rizky Afriza. He provided a clear and detailed explanation about the hotel and room facilities, demonstrating excellent knowledge and communication skills. Moreover, his friendly and courteous attitude made the experience even more pleasant.
Thank you, Rizky, for your outstanding service — and appreciation to the management for nurturing such dedicated and well-trained staff.
