Citra Cikopo Hotel & Family Cottages

I booked a family room (1 queen size bed and 2 single bed). The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is quite old but well maintained.

It's a good experience to stay here, The place is clean and most important is the access to the hotel is not too far from the main road. The view is good. There are few critiques I have first is in the bathroom, the shower hose is broken and it's a bit difficult to use, it's on Room 34. The second is the border bricks in the front of the room is wobbly and it's very dangerous to the visitors who maybe lack of awareness. Thank you for your hospitality and service. I hope the critique will improve your hotel. I definitely will be back and recommend this place to my colleagues.

It has beautiful surroundings. A lil bit difficult to find this hotel. Easy check in and out. My cottage had two stairs. The upstair was very dusty, and needed more sockets. The dinner & breakfast were tasty.

Have stayed here with family on weekend, Friday to Saturday, because it was full on Saturday to Sunday. The location is easy to find, 1km after cimory, no need to go to the top of Puncak. But surprisingly, the air was cold, and we can breathe fresh air :D.
It has various type of villa, we stayed in President Suite, there are 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, mini kitchen, dining table, and family room downstairs, also 2 bedroom upstairs.
There's public pool, wide garden, playground, and halls. It was nice to go for a walk in early morning. Recommended place to have leisure time.

Located hotel not far from the highway, close to cimory riverside. Hotel ambience is green, a large grass field in the centre and others side of hotel is swimming pool. There is a some room with different view, some with mountain view but its close to the main road, a little bit noisy. Suggest room with grass field view.
Hotel facility restaurant is Arion, which served breakfast in buffet and available for lunch and dinner. They served average food, not too bad but they are not specialist in pastry and bread.
Swimming pool really fun for kids, warm water and others facility is citra spa for massage.
They have a big room with typical like sundanese grandmother local home, with wood build home, toilet and shower with cold and warm water. With small pantry.
Note : you may ask the reception if they available for bbq kits.

Definitely a place to stay if you're of the upper ages, and I'm talking about 40+. The wooden shacks makes for a cozy athmosphere, but it comes, of course, with the shenanigans you would get in a shack. When I stayed here I got a frog in my bathroom, and I have a phobia of frogs. You could imagine how it went for me :)
Thankfully, the staff was extremely quick in helping me, so 5/5 service right there.
The room itself is pretty good, though the floor creaks hard. To be expected, of course, of a wooden shack. The space was admittedly quite small, given the exterior appearance.
The view was stunning, with well-trimmed grass and bushes. You could also see the sunrise from the hills. My biggest complaint though, is the food.
The food was appaling. I liwered my expectations, knowing this was a continental hotel breakfast, but they somehow sank through my already bottom-of-the-barrel expectations.
All in all, perfect place for people above 40 and likes the "great outdoors". Good for families too (except if you have a teen with you :) ). Solid 5/10.

Nice view and clean air, but the bed sheet, pillow sheet, and towel not very clean (consider to bring your own if you mind with musty smell). The restaurant price too high and not even that tasty. But the landscape and mountain view could compensate all the issues. Very refreshing and great for family.
