I wanted to try a new place to stay in Puncak. After deliberating a few options on Agoda, I booked a night's stay at The Grand Hill Resort Hotel. We picked the Deluxe with Mountain view room, and the scenery was beautiful and green, with calming views of the mountains and lush greenery. The room itself was adequate for my family of four, although we had to add an extra bed. The building is aging but is well-maintained. The breakfast menu at the hotel restaurant was amazing, with a good variety of local and international options.
The only negative point was the unexpected burning of dry leaves and branches on Sunday morning. I am not sure whether this is a weekly routine or just one-off, but it affected my health badly, right at the end of the trip. I have been coughing for a week afterwards.

Everything was nice except for the constant noise coming from the rooms behind, where guests kept moving their beds from side to side. I informed the reception, and they acknowledged it, but nothing was done. I believe this is clearly caused by some guests behaving disrespectfully.

The people who are working there are absolutely polite and respectful. The service is very good. Also the food is super delicious and fresh. Next time I’ll come here again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

One of the best family hotel in Puncak area. There was so many facilities for the children, like playing ground and swimming pool. Rooms was OK but lacks of amenities in the bathrooms. Breakfast was OK.

Great experience. I love the atmosphere and the building, it gives a classy clean and calm feeling. You can take a walk in the morning. Breakfast is so pleasing. The services are great. Sure will be back again :)

Guys I gave them 5 stars first since I haven't stay in this hotel yet.
BUT I just want to inform you kindly if you can, PLS AVOID room number "609" since there was a terrible moment in that room, and a friend of my friend whose just stays in those room believe it or not her child was feel kinda ill. However no matter where u stays pls keep praying for God protection. Thank you! :)

Breakfast was great — there's a good variety of food and they were continuously stocked up.
The view from the hotel was beautiful.

Love the view from our room, overlooking the infinity pool. Restaurant is gorgeous and serves great local and western food. Only issue was with the water in the bathroom sink not draining.

Over all is excellent, for the room, for the food & All facilities… is really² excellent… Keep grow up for the service 👍🏻

This hotel is one of most recommended hotels to stay in puncak by all Indonesians we stayed 1 night did not experience much the hotel we arrived late at night left morning rooms quite spacious clean and comfortable check in smooth and fast have to leave deposit 2000 IDR breakfast is average nothing special view is very nice our room was balcony city view location is near attractions I recommend to stay if you visit puncak specially its not too expensive.

For 750k rupiah this hotel is one of best place you can stay in puncak, facility is okey infinity pool, kids playground indoor and outdoor, and view from my room is great, breakfast yummy for fill my tummy👌

Even is the view was breathtaking, but the room lack of maintenance and not that cleaned. Bugs every where and the Wi-Fi so week. It’s really hard to give it more rating than this as clean room is the most important point in getting reservations in a hotel.

The room is spacious, clean, with a good view towards swimming pool. The place overall is rather quiet, good for healing. The best offer from this hotel is indeed the swimming pool. The restaurant is okay but not special, but I really like its waffle and omelette.

Amazing view from the suite 10/10 would recommend. The noise from the street can be loud at times. The food offering is amazing. Would recommend the corn 🌽 soup and the strawberry milkshake. The breakfast buffet is as expected at most high end hotels. Very tasty and would go back if in the area again.
