Plataran Puncak Residences

Spent a lovely night at the Plantaran recovering from my jet lag and a busy week of work. Beautiful location and a perfect place to unwind. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Riri, who assisted me during the registration and check-in process,
Andrie, the spa therapist from Bali who performed miracles helping me relax, Yessy, who guided me to the spa and helped book me a car to Bogor. And last but not least, Mr Ari, the hotel driver, who drove me to meet my online taxi driver who was stuck flighting the traffic up the hill. A special place with brilliant staff.

Top-notch experience all around! I really loved the intimate vibe, making the service feel that much more special. You can tell Plataran has such a high standard, from how responsive and proactive they are, right down to their “can do” butler service. Although there's a new staff member, but experienced pros like Baim were right there to jump in and keep everything running perfectly.
​The property itself is gorgeous and so well-maintained. You can see they put a lot of thought into every little detail, using high quality materials throughout. Honestly, if you have a family, this is hands down the best place for kids' activities in Puncak, from tea plantation to animal feeding, nothing else compares.

Had such a lovely experience at Plataran Puncak. The mountain view, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made it feel like a perfect little escape. And also about the activities, loved the painting activity and delicious Indonesian lunch, especially the Kopi Semprong! Warm hospitality and memorable experiences from start to finish. Would love to visit again with my family ✨🤍

Really enjoyed our weekend here. Such a beautiful hotel and a very family friendly one too. We love all the facilities and activities here. We didn’t try the pool as the water was too cold (not heated), would be amazing if it were. A little issue with the drained on our suite but other than that everything else was perfect. We did the tea garden alfresco in the morning, highly recommended that. The staffs were very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to stay here again next time!

When we visited, some areas were still under construction or renovation, so a few views were not yet perfect.
However, the service was truly outstanding. The staff were communicative and informative, even starting from one day before our stay.
We stayed on weekdays, so the hotel felt peaceful and not crowded.
The room layout was great, especially with the toilet and shower separated — definitely a plus point.
The amenities were complete and had a calming fragrance.
There were many kids’ activities available as well.
We also tried the massage, and it was incredibly relaxing.
The swimming pool used the naturally cold mountain water of Puncak, which felt very refreshing.
There was even an activity trip to the Gunung Mas tea plantation.
It was a memorable first experience and created wonderful memories for our family.
Overall, our family was very satisfied with our stay.
And one more thing — the gemblong is a must-try! Truly unique and different from the others!

Loves the room (big bed, sofa and private access) the Restaurant & hospitality, we enjoy our stay so much, the food is as nice as requested, thanks to Plataran team from Pak Didi & Chefs, Team Butler, Field team (really amazed by the garden and birds, iguana, rabbits, fish), wish to have visit again soon. Our family had a really great time during our stay at Plataran Puncak, I contacted them before our arrival and by the time we reached the suites it was a very smooth process. We loved the hospitality, service and experience that we had. Our 2 YO boy loved the mini zoo as well as the glasshouse, he spent most of his mornings feeding the animals. Our view from the suites was exceptional. We had 0 expectations as we experienced less memorable time in other places during our holidays, but this one, was awesome! Thumbs up for Plataran! Please maintain your best hospitality and we look forward staying in next time.

From the early dawn pick-up to the ride home, everything was seamless and incredibly comfortable. The hospitality was warm, the itinerary was beautifully curated, and our kids were happy the entire time. Celebrating my birthday there made the experience even more special—truly an unforgettable family “core memory. ” Highly recommended!

The hotel is great place for healing relaxation with family. Staff are friendly and helpfull.
The foods taste good. Especially the tahu tempe bacem at breakfast. Staff restaurant and butlers are great. Good service.
Try the pilates with Ama, super cool and very attentive coach.

The staffs are so helpfull and welcome us with so many surprised touching items. Super duper large room and very clean! The view is so green nature with the water river flows sound made us so relaxing as if live in the forest far from city noisy and polution. We fall in love and have a dream to have such a comfort bedroom.

Everything they've done here is remarkable. Plataran's top notch standard is second to none. Service, hospitality, amenities, food is worth every dimes.
No photos nor videos are able to judge what plataran has to offer. You should just stop by and do one of those impulsive buy and end up having one of the best stay ever.
A stay everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime and my next stay is just a matter of time.

An exceptional stay — every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It felt like coming home, but in a more luxurious way! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

I truly appreciated the early check-in at 10 AM, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. It allowed my family to rest and enjoy the room earlier than usual. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful birthday gesture during breakfast—thank you to Mr. Arib and the team for making my day special. The food quality was excellent, and I really enjoyed the taste of the dishes.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. For example, when I requested an additional welcome snack for my children, it was politely declined. Also, when I inquired about an extra bed, I did not receive a follow-up. The restaurant service could also be more attentive, though the staff were always polite.
Overall, I feel that the experience could be enhanced to better reflect the price point. In comparison, I’ve found other hotels in the Puncak area offering more facilities and more consistent service at a lower cost. With some improvements, I believe Plataran Puncak has the potential to provide a truly memorable experience.

The temperature is a lot much fresher and chiller than Lembang Bandung. This resort was just in operation for about 6 month. The program of morning breakfast in Gn Mas tea plantation is worth to be included. The only complaint is the hot water pressure is not stable.

Newest hotel in cisarua Puncak, all suite room, resort hotel great massage, need to improve the breakfast service and more variety options. The hotel is just open in May so give them time to adjust.

This place is awesome. Everything is near perfect, the venue is great, food delicious, service excellent. All my family are all satisfied with all of these. We are looking forward to coming to this place again. I heard the resort is going to open for public next month and there will be a 7-room villa to be renovated. We like to be informed early on regard these.
