I stayed at Puncak Pass Resort, and I must say the view is beautiful — the cool air and natural surroundings are truly relaxing. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing due to the poor service quality.
Especially at the front office. He clearly doesn’t seem to understand how to serve guests properly. He was unhelpful, lacked friendliness, and showed little professionalism or empathy toward guests’ needs. For someone working in hospitality, that’s unacceptable.
It’s a shame, because with such a beautiful view, this place has great potential. However, the service ruined what could have been a wonderful stay.

We came to the restaurant and had pre-ordered a gluten free meal. They seemed friendly and immediately bought out separate food — but it contained wheat and was very visibly wheat noodles. Had I eaten it without knowing and checking I would have been very ill. The manager said "what you can't eat that? " when explaining no it was clearly wheat noodles all he wanted to do was instead bring out rice noodles. They took no responsibility for their error, no concern, no duty of care and I would not recommend eating here with any food allergies. Staff knowledge is terrible, especially when I was only being served by the manager. So dangerous when they say it is gluten fee and clearly was not.

The best place to stay in a cold weather in Jakarta area. Just 100 minutes from Jakarta. Weather so nice. View so beautiful. And the restaurant beside nice view also many yummy food. Pancake. Bitter balen. Fried banana for snacks and fried rice for lunch. Steak for dinner.
