I'm not used to leave negative comments but this time I have to inform people to avoid this hotel.
We have paid for a 'superior'
Room which was small with no window, a TV without TV channels and an old bed.
No hygiene: the bed has only one sheet. They told us to use the blanket as a second sheet but it has probably never been washed. The hotel employees are saying that's a normal practice.
This is clearly overpriced. For the same price we've got a 5 stars hotel in Jakarta for the same period.
This is really my worst hotel experience and I'm used to travel quite a lot.
We are really not happy.
It's a total disaster.
