Talita Mountain Resort

The resort staff welcomes guests even upon arrival around midnight. On-duty staff assist with parking vehicles in the spacious outdoor parking lot and carrying heavy luggage to the room. The driveway leading to the parking lot and reception area is situated on a steep incline. Clear road signs along the route make navigation easier when approaching the resort at night.

The hotel staff receives numerous positive reviews for their politeness, efficiency, and willingness to assist in any situation. Employees gladly help take memorable photos, provide hair dryers free of charge to dry wet shoes, and promptly respond to guest requests. If forgotten belongings are found after check-out, management contacts the owners in a timely manner. Front desk staff also offer convenient room upgrade options for large families.

The rooms and multi-room villas are decorated in a traditional wooden style and feature spacious layouts, balconies with mountain views, refrigerators, and TVs, with certain categories offering living areas and hot tubs. The cool mountain climate allows for a comfortable stay without the need for air conditioning. However, guests note the mature age of the buildings and the need for updates to the electrical wiring, lighting, and plumbing. Occasional reviews mention unpleasant bathroom odors, lukewarm shower water, firm mattresses, or the presence of small ants.

The morning menu includes Indonesian fried rice, fried noodles, omelets, chicken dishes, traditional rice and bean porridge, toast, tea, coffee, and fresh milk. Upon request, breakfast can be delivered directly to the room. For children, breakfast can be paid for separately at the restaurant if needed. The on-site restaurant also serves dinner, offering beef rib soup, stuffed tofu, and pasta.

The outdoor swimming pool with mountain peak views is suitable for both adults and children. Some guests mention occasional pump malfunctions and the need for more thorough removal of insects from the water. There is a children's playground on the grounds, where the swings require repair. For additional recreation, karaoke facilities and a small chapel set within a blooming garden are available.

The steep mountain terrain and numerous staircases present certain challenges for guests with reduced mobility. The climb to the upper villas involves up to thirty steps. Extra care should be taken to ensure the safety of young children on pathways that become wet after rain. Families traveling with elderly relatives are advised to book room categories located in the lower section of the property in advance to avoid long flights of stairs.

The management allows pets, including dogs. Owners are required to supervise their four-legged companions and ensure the comfort of other guests. Guests traveling with pets highlight this policy as a major advantage for a countryside getaway.

Guests are provided with Wi-Fi access. Reviews confirm a reliable and consistent internet connection throughout the property. The stable signal allows guests to comfortably stay connected while relaxing in nature.
