The rooms are simplistic and modern a good size too, the view and location is amazing, the restaurant plum AMAZING FOOD so surprise I recommend the slow cook lamb and the margarita pizza. There are free photographs services for all guests and everyone lines up to take a pic and it’s so wonderful, gym, playroom, spa all present here amazing hotel seems like a hidden gem actually since from the front it doesn’t looks so big, but when u go in mashallah its exceeding my expectations 100% recommend for puncak hotel. 👍🏻♥️

Having a very pleasent stay here. Staying for 3 days 2 night with my mom and dad. Room is spacious and clean. Perfect for having some relaxed time out of the daily hustle. Thank you mas Ramdani for assisting and clean our room during the stay 🙏

We had a great experience. This is our second time here. We loved the room view, and the food was amazing — traditional touches with a five-star flavor.
As a suggestion, I personally enjoy breakfast more at the downstairs restaurant since it has a semi-outdoor vibe.
One more suggestion: it would be great if the gym could stay open longer, until 9 or 10 PM.

I only stayed one night at this hotel. Next time I will definitely want to stay here again because it is comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are also clean. The service is really good, all the staff are friendly, and the response is fast. The facilities are also very good. The receptionist, especially one named Bima, was very helpful and could assist with early check-in at 1 PM. Thank you, Grand Aston. Highly recommended for those who want to staycation.

We also had dinner at PLUM Rooftop, which was an excellent experience—great food, a fantastic ambiance, and live music that perfectly complemented the evening.

It is a luxurious five-star resort located in the scenic highlands of Puncak. The hotel offers an ideal destination for leisure and business travelers as well. It has a beautiful mountain view, and the air is so fresh. I can describe that the hotel has a combination of comfort, elegance, and natural beauty. The rooms are super clean and cozy with modern facilities and comfy beds, well designed, modern and especially for the view of the hills, a such stunning beautiful mountain landscape!
The hotel provides an outstanding level of service. We can enjoy an infinity pool with panoramic view, a fitness center, spa and the restaurant serves various Indonesian and international cuisines with excellent taste and hospitality. Moreover, the staffs are professional, friendly, helpful, and always greeting guests with a smile.

Amazing experience. We stay at suite room and it wass amazing. On the back there’s a mini river so its quite relaxing. The kids loving the big bathtub. The breakfast also have a lot of variety so it was nice. The taste was good as well the service. Got serves by mba Cita ☺️ will def love to comeback.

We had a flawless experience. The service was exceptional, the staff were super friendly, and the food was incredibly tasty. This hotel was super comfortable, designed to follow the natural terrain. Lobby is at same level with the main entrance, while the rooms are situated below it. Upstairs, there's a restaurant on the top floor that gets chilly at night, but the view is just wowwww. Amaazzzing!

Our stay at Grand Aston Puncak was truly delightful and worth every star. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth by Mr. Aidil from the Front Office, who made us feel at home right away. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, with both hot and cold options to choose from.
For families, this hotel is perfect. The children’s playground is spotless and filled with exciting games, and the activity of feeding rabbits brought so much joy. The highlight for us was the heated swimming pool, which made every moment more relaxing and enjoyable.
Breakfast was another memorable part of our stay the spread was vast, with plenty of choices ranging from Indonesian favorites to Western dishes and even Arabian style selections.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and without a doubt, Grand Aston Puncak will be our top choice whenever we visit Puncak again. Highly recommended for families and travelers seeking comfort, fun, and great hospitality.

I stayed at Grand Aston, Puncak, from 27 to 28 September to celebrate my son's birthday. I booked the deluxe room and actually had no expectations set, as my reservation was just the basic hotel room type, BUT it was amazing. It was more than enough. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The staffs were friendly, always greeted us whenever they made contact with guests. The team also sent me a link to prepare for my arrival. I I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. The view was absolutely stunning.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was professional and friendly. The staff were very helpful and did their best to assist with any needs.
However, my only comment would be regarding the lack of clear information about the hotel’s services and activities. There was little to no explanation of what was available, which might have been due to a language barrier. It would have been helpful to receive more guidance or brochures in multiple languages.
That said, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back. I hope the hotel works on improving communication about its offerings for future guests.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel over the weekend in the Executive Suite, and even though it was quite a busy period, everything went smoothly and comfortably. The service was exceptionally friendly, especially from the front desk team who welcomed us warmly and were very helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a lower room rate through the hotel’s membership program. The reservations team kindly assisted us in registering as members and explained the benefits we could enjoy, including some additional perks that made our stay even more enjoyable.
The check-in and check-out processes were both quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that made our stay feel extra special. Short stay with family we booked 2 deluxe mountain view rooms as I got good recomendations from colleagues that they juz had meetings in Grand Aston Puncak.
Thanks to the sweetest Receptionist that allowed us for check in earlier instead of 3 PM as she told me that the room was ready, they fulfilled my request for the connecting rooms that I thought that would be quite dificult especially on the weekend by I did call the hotel 3 days befor the check in date.

The breakfast. All juz perfect! The taste, variant. Our tummy wass soo full hahaha. The service was quite good also, I saw some staff got interaction with guests. Good point I guess.
