At first, I thought it was a hotel since I found it on a hotel booking application. Turned out it's an apartment, but they rented some of the rooms as if they were hotels.
Isoras is located near lippo cikarang. The building is clean. You have to be careful when you book since the bed is small. I booked a deluxe room with a large bed. The receptionist told us that their bed was smaller than average so it couldn't accommodate two people. I negotiated since I didn't know the bed was smaller than average, and got upgraded to another room with two beds.
This place is very quiet. I didn't meet any other visitors, only the japanese expatriates who live here. Somehow it made the place eerie for me. They don't have a swimming pool, but they have an onsen which is a communal bathing area. The onsen has indoor and semi outdoor area.
The breakfast is heavily influenced by japanese culture. They have udon noodles, miso soup, eggs, rice, seaweed, and others. Again, it's too quiet here. People don't talk to each other. The dining area is dimly lit.
Great Japanese-style hotel in Cikarang! Small but very clean, with excellent service and a convenient location.

This hotel has a weird breakfast time. I went down for checkout and breakfast at 8:45AM but informed that the breakfast has ended at 8:30AM and no other option (not even leftover bread, fruits, or coffee). The Manager on Duty, a Japanese person, was not present at 9AM, I’ve been asked to wait but he didn’t show up. He contacted me later to (sound) apologize but no compensation (not even a small token of bread and coffee for a hungry customer). He said that he’s not authorized to offer any compensation (weird, an MOD that have no authority to provide bread and coffee? ), although I clearly have evidence the hotel was at fault that the information of breakfast time was not presented to me during check-in.
This 4-Star hotel really has no sense of customer satisfaction orientation, and cannot do anything small to resolve this trivial thing. It is clear for me that I will not return to stay here, and not recommending anyone to experience what I have encountered here.
